I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and I have been working in the dental field for over twenty-eight years. I received my training in the U.S. Army at the Academy of Health Science at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas and my Associate's Degree in Applied Science at Georgia Military College. In my daily role as a Dental Assistant, I particularly enjoy working to improve the lives of my patients. During my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, watching football, and spending time with my family.
After proudly serving our country in the US Army for twelve years, I attended Tallahassee Community College where I received my Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2011. Since then, I have been working as one of the leading Registered Dental Hygienists at Colonial Drive Family Dentistry. I genuinely love my job and I take particular interest in my patients' comfort during their visit as well as their overall oral health. In my free time, I also enjoy hiking and cycling.
I completed Dental Hygiene school in 2013 and became a part of Colonial Drive Family Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2014. I am dedicated to continuing my education and have gained my certification in the administration of local anesthesia. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs, as well as reading and decorating my new home.
I am a Practice Manager of Operations with over six years of dental experience. I love supporting the daily operation of our practice and my greatest passion is partnering with each and every team member so they can achieve their greatest potential and provide a truly exceptional patient experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water with my husband and children.
