Dr. Lale Adams, DDS provides full general dentistry services. Her mission is to provide the best dentistry in a friendly and comfortable environment. She is committed to improving and maintaining the health of her patients' teeth. She ensures her patients experience a safe, pain-free visit that alleviates stress and gives them that clean, healthy smile.
Dr. Adams maintains a strong personal relationship with her patients, making sure that they are given all of the information needed to improve the health of their teeth and gums. Friendly and sincere, Dr. Adams makes the extra effort necessary to keep the patient aware of where they stand and what they can do to improve their teeth.
Dr. Adams exudes a confidence and trustworthiness that lets her family, friends and patients know that she will always keep their best interests in mind. Down-to-earth, a great caregiver and nurturer, Lale chose the dentistry profession because of the hands-on experience it offers, allowing her to constantly interact with her patients and closely monitor their progress.
Dr. HollyLeggis a graduate of the University of Virginia and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.Dr. Legg aims to both improve the oral health of her patients and increase the confidence in their smiles by providing the highest quality of care. She is a member of the Memphis Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr.Legg's little family includes her husband, Stephen, and littleboy Garret. They enjoyspending time as a family, hiking, traveling and exploring all that Memphis has to offer!
Dr. Afrah Mohammed grew up in Murfreesboro, TN where she received her Bachelors in Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University. She moved to Memphis to attend dental school and graduated in 2015 from University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Memphis Dental Society.
Dr. Mohammed lives in Memphis with her husband, their two daughters, and son. When shes not busy with her childrens extra-curricular activities, she enjoys catching up with friends and exploring new destinations to travel to.

Friendliest dental team, they don't make you feel bad when you're a normal person and forget to floss. I also love that while I'm only there twice a year they are always so welcoming and remember who I am. I could not recommend them more.

My father was a dentist. I didn't think I could be happy with another dentist after he died, but I was wrong. Dr. Mohammed and the staff at Colonial Dental are just as caring and professional as my dad was. I know I am in good hands with them.

The service is impeccable! From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. You are important and they make you feel important. Dr. Adams is wonderful at what she does, explains everything she is doing and answers all questions you might have. I highly recommend this office and Dr Adam's!

I was so nervous about my appointment but was immediately put at ease the minute I entered their office! I was met with smiling friendly faces and treated with the utmost respect! Dr. Mohammed and her team are so kind, warm and thorough - the level of care is unbelievable. I'm so grateful I chose Colonial Dental - they are the best!
