I have a been to a handful of Dentist, over my 63 years and Dr. Thai excels above all others. He carefully explains everything (lowering my anxiety) and never seems rushed. I've had more involved work done twice and I am very happy with the results. They are all a very friendly team!

My family of 6 goes to Dr Thai's dental office. From the moment we walk in everyone is so friendly. The receptionist is always professional and accommodating. I have two younger children and everyone in the practice is very patient with them and always makes them feel comfortable. We highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Thai is a wonderful Doctor , unfortunately the secretary is rude and unprofessional, I stopped going to his office due to a lack of insurance , now that I have my insurance was happy to go back to Dr. Thai ,once again dealing with the secretary was unpleasant and not helpful at all .-

Dr Thai and his staff are a prime example of what a dental practice should be. I have been to several dentists throughout my life and before meeting Dr Thai never looked forward to the appointments. That has now changed and going to the dentist isn't something i dread anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thai's for the past 3 years. Every single visit I am greeted by name with a smile. Dr. Thai and all of the dental assistants and hygienist take pride in their jobs and ensure I am personally satisfied with everything. Dr. Thai's expertise in dentistry is unmatched. He has done several restorations and I am more than satisfied with my results. This is a family owned business that has superb customer service and values patient care, which is why I travel 35 mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Colonial Dental Family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thai for the past several years. Colonial Dental Family Care is an outstanding dental firm that is professional, caring and friendly. As a Harvard trained dentist, Dr. Thai has the latest equipment, professionally trained staff and an immaculate facility. He employs the latest techniques and makes sure you are comfortable and allays any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Thai to anyone who has a dental need. In fact, I have recommended him to not only family members but business associates as well. In every instance the comments are the same--Dr. Thai is a fantastic dentist! Personally, I give Colonial Dental Care FIVE Stars. And, if I could I would add one more just for good measure.

After 4 years of being a patient here, yesterday was my last visit. I was treated very rudely by the receptionist who said my appointment was cancelled because I did not call back and confirm my appointment.... Which I never did in the 4 years I have been going there. I always have shown up and on time too. So she said she would try to squeeze me in. Then I was not given my normal hygienist and the girl I had has no clue what she is doing. My teeth certainly didn't even feel clean. She squirted water in my face. Did not have a rinse cup for me. Splashed toothpaste on my work clothes because she did not attach a napkin to me. The 2 people I dealt with at this appointment, I had never seen before and I will never return because of them.

Since childhood I have been plagued with a phobia of going to the dentist. Ever since I started going to Colonial Dental Family Care that phobia has disappeared. From my very first time visiting this practice I was greeted by their friendly staff, which made my visit much comfortable. As for Dr. Thai himself, he is also as friendly as his staff and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain any type of procedure that is being done, which helps with the comfort level that I mentioned before. I would highly recommend Dr. Thai and his practice at Colonial Dental Family Care.

The personalized attention as we walk in every single time when you are greeted by your name on each visit was a first for both my wife and I.
