Your comfort is a priority at Collins St Dental! In our lobby, our patients can enjoy a refreshment bar as well as a childrens play area. Flat-screen TVs with Netflix are available in our patient rooms. Simply inquire whether youd want a pillow, either blank or warm, scented towels. In addition, we are open on Saturdays and have extended weekday hours for your convenience. We take insurance and have a number of financing options available.

My name is Dr. Bolus and I am the newest member of the Active Dental family. I was raised in the metro Detroit area and moved to Illinois to obtain my doctorate from Midwestern University. Since then, Ive relentlessly worked to hone my clinical skills and stay current on the latest technology.
I plan to always stay current on the latest techniques through continued education and published research. I pride myself in ensuring that patients are treated like family and that their experiences are as pleasant as possible.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending my time at the gym, watching sports, and exploring my new surroundings in the city of Dallas. I am excited to call the DFW area as my home and I look forward to provide exceptional care to each patient that visits our Active Dental offices.

First impression.... the reality definitely lived up to the reviews and research I did before booking with this office. Eveyone (Front office, dental assistant, hygienist and dentist)was polite, professional and personable.

This office was suggested by Tri West Care (part of Veterans health care). I am glad they did. Husband got in and out quickly. Great service. Dr. George was very professional. We will make this our go to Denist for other services.

Not impressed. I'm a new patient and was shown the rule about if I miss an appointment without canceling I would be charged $50. Today I was supposed to receive a call from Collins St Dental treatment coordinator, but never got a call. I think they owe me fifty bucks.

This is the best dentist I have been too. They are friendly, very clean and you can tell they enjoy this job. My best experiencing was during my filling, the doctor was getting ready to numb me okay. Now usually they just jam the needle right into your gums. But the doctor was so cool he did something and I didn't even feel the needle go in. At that moment I knew this guy knew what he was doing and actually cared about the patient. This will be my permanent dentist from now on!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was super nice and I got in very quickly even being a new patient! They were very kind and thoughtful thought the whole process and I got asked if I had any discomfort or pain constantly through the x-rays and the cleaning and everyone was very gentle. They talked with me through what I needed to do moving forward and worked with me to set up a plan for how to get the work done that I need. They definitely have some great staff here! 100% recommend!!

The place is really nice the staff is wonderful I guess I could say I would go back there just kind of pushy, when it comes to pushing for me to get a crown or like another fake tooth If I cant afford it or if I don't want it I don't want it but don't keep asking me because there's hundreds of thousands of other dental places but I like this one so far Thank you.

This place is awesome Dr.Patel was very great, the whole staff was very kind, from my 1st visit I walked in told them my main focus on what I wanted and they focused on just that and than after they did discuss things for the future. I'm recommending everyone I know to them. Price is reasonable. I appreciate them so much Thank you guys for all you do !!

Go here for your dental work! The staff is amazing and very nice. They go through in detail on what they're doing. Had my cleaning and root canal done here. Dr. Josh explained everything to me after the examination and did a great job with the root canal. And he's very good looking so that's a plus. Overall, I'm very satisfied by this place.
