For more than 30 years, I have been passionate about helping people achieve a smile that they can be proud of. Every day when I go to the office I get a chance to meet new people from all different walks of life who are seeking top-quality orthodontic care. Smiles can be challenging to perfect, but I enjoy working together with my patients and staff. I always feel good when a patient walks out of our door with more confidence than they had when we started. Maintaining a close connection with my patients is an important goal of mine. It makes me proud when I see the children of past patients come in for treatment years later.
In addition to my formal education, I am involved in continuing education. My favorite being practical reviews, which take all the orthodontic literature published in a month and selects the most valuable points in a test at the end of the month. Another way I stay in touch with current updates in my field is by hiring the best consultants.
Our office is an upbeat, friendly environment and our patients enjoy coming in to see us. They know their treatment will be pain and hassle-free. My staff and I have been working together for years, and we believe caring for each other is the foundation to caring for our patients.
I grew up in Commerce, Georgia, and have lived in McDonough for 20 years. My wife Barbara and I have two types of favorite days.One is just the two of us working on a project, swimming, gardening, or reading. The other is having our daughter Ansely and son Dax and his family spend the day with us.We might be outside or play a board game, but it almost always includes Anselys good cooking and Dax repairing something his mom has done to her computer.Dax had the good sense to marry Sarah, who not only loves the Braves, but excels in washing dishes and cleaning cilantro.One of the most rewarding experiences in life is seeing your children become interesting, kind people and spending time with them.The topping comes in the form of our funny, charming granddaughter, Lily.

It uses a series of clear, removable, and comfortable aligners that straighten your teeth without anyone knowing! These clear aligners are used as an alternative to traditional metal braces. Each set is slightly modified to gently move your teeth into their new positions. Invisalign clear aligners are created using a 3D computer imaging technology and have provided smiles for hundreds of thousands of patients.
Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks. They are removable so it is easy to eat, drink, brush, and floss! As each aligner is replaced with the next in the series, your teeth gradually move until they have straightened to their final positions. Periodic visits make sure that your treatment progresses as planned. The Invisalign cost and total treatment time can vary from case to case, depending on specific individual factors.
The nearly invisible and removable aligners allow more flexibility for eating and drinking your favorite things! Brushing and flossing are easy since there are no brackets or wires to clean around. This makes them much more comfortable than traditional braces. With these aligners, you can also view our own digital treatment plan. Once you start, you can see how your smile will look when your treatment is complete!

Wonderful experience. Entire staff is welcoming && polite. They made sure I was at ease during my braces application. I've had issues with my spacers && not once have they made me feel like a burden to get them replaced. I recommend this practice to everyone I know!!!

Dr. Collins and his staff are always courteous, friendly and professional. I have been a patient for over 10 years with my two children who are now adults. Covid-19 precautions are being taken but this office has always been clean, comfortable and safe. Love the music selection. Try them out.

My daughters first visit was TODAY. EVERYONE I mean EVERYONE from front to back was so nice, friendly, welcoming. Dr. Collins came in for a brief moment to explain to me the plan for both and he had such a positive energy about himself, extremely nice and polite. I'm no good with names but the young lady that stayed with us until the end was so sweet and knowledgeable. I left with a understanding of the expectations on my end and what all would be taking place. I am just GRATEFUL to have found this gem. I am 55yrs old and never had braces, now after all my kids are done with colleges-My turn now, Dr. Collins and Family Staff is AWESOME! They answered all my questions, prep me for when they get them on and all the what to do's and don't while in them and supported me through this process 2020 as I got mine on before the Pandemic outbreak and getting them off in December before Christmas , they have loved and supported me all the way through and taking my calls with extra questions and concerns with upmost priorities for me! I made the appointment for my 12 year old son's consultation. The entire staff from beginning to end was amazing. The lovely ladies at the front desk checking in had the best attitudes so sweet, great energy. Mrs. Heather stood out the most she made this experience the best dental experience my son has ever had. She was very informative she let him know each step from taking X-rays, explains step by step what he was going to expect. Couldn't have asked for a better staff. Dr. C he is on his game this isn't just a job he cares about his patients and each individual oral health. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I most definitely would recommend any and everyone here. Clean environment, professional and caring staff.
