Getting braces stink....but Dr Collins & their entire staff help to make it the best situation possible. We have followed Dr Collins since our children were young coming in for visits while still getting Thor baby teeth out. He gave excellent advice when baby teeth needed to be removed, to decrease the amount of work & time in future braces. We love the new office and location. Office staff have been very accommodating getting our boys in for lost bracket, adjustments or issues that pop up unexpectedly. This is a huge plus to me. Multiple payment options available, making braces affordable for most everyone. I appreciate not being upsold products we don't want or need. They know their patients when we walk in, without even having to give our names. I still haven't figured that one out, lol. Highest recommendation to the entire Collins team! You owe it to yourself to see what he can do for your smile.

I look forward to every visit with Dr. Collins and his team. They are the most professional and personable group that I have worked with. I had an upcoming wedding, and Dr. Collins and his team made sure my teeth looked perfect for my big day. Not only that, but they followed up afterwards and continued treatment to make my teeth even better. He is the best orthodontist that I have been to and I'll be sad when treatment is over! I will always recommend people to Collins!

My son had a full set of braces placed in 2020 and removed a few weeks ago for a severe overbite and dental malalignment. They did an outstanding job of working with our school and work schedules to find appointments that worked well for us. They also listened well to our, and more importantly my son's concerns, and worked with us when the answer wasn't clear. As a result, his teeth look excellent and he is always happy to visit his orthodontist. We would HIGHLY recommend Collin'a Dental to any family considering braces!!

Unbelievably awesome place! They provide an excellent customer service experience. From the reception desk to the moment you leave you will feel welcome and taken care of. Collins provides you with affordable payment options, education, a goodie bag, along with the professional orthodontic treatments. My son was nervous about getting his braces. He was unsure about the pain level, look of them, and how to take care of his braces. After his appointment began the whole Collins team alleviated all of those concerns and provided ample education. Someone from the office even called later in the day to see how he was doing. Seriously, an excellent customer service experience.

What A great office and service!! If I can give more stars I would !!! Dr Collins and his team treated my son after he was in so much pain. From the min they picked up the phone to the second that my family got to the car everyone was super nice and professional!!!!!! Can't recommend them enough!!!

Dr Collins and all of the people there were great. However their quote was 2-3 times more than other places quoted for the same exact treatment. If you want the absolute best, I'm sure Collins will provide it. If you care about potentially saving a lot of money, please shop around a bit.

Best orthodontist experience!I recommended all my friends and family there! I was so satisfied with my smile and the wonderful staff. The office is full of positivity, laughter, fun music and even dancing sometimes! Dr Collins is soo nice, honest and sweet! You can tell he's very invested in each and everyone's smile as he checks in and remembers specific details about your teeth to make sure you will love the end result! It was an experience to remember! A team I definitely trust &will always recommend. We love Collins!

The best place to go if you are looking to get braces!! The team goes above and beyond in everything they do. They provide excellent service, the team is filled with friendly faces, its a positive & beautiful environment, always clean, and they just treat you like family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get my braces. I highly recommend Collins Ortho!

As an adult, I was so nervous to get braces but I watched so many videos and read articles before, I was more ready than I'd ever be for them. Got them installed and the immediate shifting left wire poking just enough to catch my cheek even through wax but not enough I could clip with nail clipper. They got me in IMMEDIATELY to clip it. Then, I broke a bracket, SAME DAY APPOINTMENT to have it repaired so I don't delay progress to my perfect smile. Absolutely love Dr Collins and his wonderful team.

Every single experience I have EVER had at Collins has not only been positive, but has been exemplary! They truly offer red carpet service in each and every interaction, phone call, and email. A very positive environment. I could not recommend them more, truly! They helped me make a 30 year dream come true. I guess I was just waiting for the right orthodontist to come along!

Wow. That is all I can say. Dr. Collins and his staff make you feel like you're the only person in the room. They go the extra mile to give you your perfect smile.
