Dr. Collins and his whole staff are awesome. The first priority for them is the patients comfort. He had to spend extra time with me as the tooth was not going numb. He gave extra shots and made me feel calm. I would highly recommend this practice. The ladies who assist him are all first class from office workers to asst.in surgery. Thank you

Bad experience. Extremely expensive implant charge (~$3500 for one teeth) . The surgeon is reasonable, but the front desk is relatively rude and got quick tempered when we tried to figure out the details of the charge.

I normally do not post anything online but this experience was so horrible it required a post. So I waited an hour and a half before anything was done and I saw the doctor. When the doctor came in he was extremely unprofessional and talked about being able to dead lift 265 pounds and he weighed 265 pounds. This conversation was with the two assistants not with me. The doctor hardly spoke to me other than to snap at me for lifting my hand. I had to be numbed twice. This man was so incredibly condescending and arrogant that it nauseated me. They told me while I was numbed and under the influence of the laughing gas that they would need X-rays and the doctor had been breaking and pulling at my wisdom tooth for a while. They didn't say it would change the total that I had already paid. (An extra 400 something)When the tooth finally came out he quickly went over some things and left. I can't help but wonder if they treat all patients like garbage or just the black ones? Not sure. I would not recommend this pompous individual to my worst enemy. Just FYI I'm a veteran and they had a sign inside the office about how they accept Tricare, I would recommend veterans go anywhere but here.

Scheduled for an oral surgery on day X. A few days before day X, they called me saying it is canceled because patient volume is not enough on day X. Rescheduled to day Y. I called several days before day Y asking if we could have a consultation before the surgery because the wisdom teeth are impacted and my dentist in California told me about potential risk of the surgery. During the call, they said day Y is canceled again due to the same reason: not enough patient volume on that particular day. I think this place is doing extremely well to not treat a patient and cancel appoinment due to that B.S. reason. How lazy could you be? I hope one day this place reaches a point where they ran out of options but to treat every patient in any day at any time, because canceling a patient's appointment due to "low patient volume" on that day shows laziness and a lack of professionalism.

I was referred here by my dentist, Dr. Bowman. I got an appointment within a week. They did not waste my time with a consultation! Dr. Collins did my extraction and put in an implant on the same day! All of the staff was very friendly and courteous. They also took my dental insurance, United Concordia. My rating is: Excellent!

Super friendly , super clean! Would recommend him to all family and friends I didn't feel a thing having all four wisdom extracted at the same time. What a relief :) Having some one who's very competent in their work field caused me to have very little to none anxiety. Also I'd like to mention my appointment was on time no hassle, no long hours of waiting I was in and out in no time.
