One of the best offices we have ever been to. SO compassionate and understanding! Amazed at how great they are I teared up a bit. God bless you guys!

Made an appointment but was unable to keep it due to the office being on the second floor and only accessible via stairs. No elevator and the lift is broken and has been broken for awhile. NOT ADA COMPLIANT. Update: It is 5 years later and the lift is still broken with no intention of fixing to become ADA compliant. Downgraded review to 1 star due to this.

Collins Family Dentistry is our family dentist center. My husband and I both go, I primarily see Chris and my husband has seen both Kenneth and Chris. We have not had any problems with their work. I recommend this office with confidence. To those who've been confused about their insurance, it is because they don't accept YOUR insurance, NOT whether the service/procedure was covered. Some of these reviews should be nullified! Good grief, people!

Dr Chris Collins is a fraud! Simple truth. He charged my dental insurance twice for extractions to teeth that he NEVER pulled. He put bridges in and left those partial teeth under the bridge and now a few years later I'm finding this out with a new dentist. When Dr Collins was asked to compensate me he laughed and said Absolutely no way! Hes an arrogant greedy jerk. I wouldn't send anyone to him. Horrible experience with him.

I have been going to Kenneth Collins for about 20 years. When I needed extensive work he always let me split it up in payments never ever missed or had late payments. He always seemed to do good work. NO MORE!! I went in for a cleaning and repair my loose crown. While they were checking my teeth for cleaning Christopher Collins came in to check out my crown. The assistant told him they were checking with the insurance to give me an estimate. He then removed the crown before I even knew the estimate. They informed me of the cost of the crown was around 600 dollars plus They wanted me to do a deep cleaning which added to the cost. I asked if they won't split it in two payments and they refused and asked me what I wanted to do. I had no choice they pulled my crown off. In times like these people don't have alot of cash lying around let's forget about helping people and building relationships and truly caring for your patients health and well being. If you don't have all the cash forget about it!! Daddy sent him to school and handed him his practice. He seemed to of forgot what integrity & Caring means he is not like his father . I say find another Dentist that truly cares about seeing and helping his customers/patient's!!!!!!!

I am writing this review waiting in my car for my wife to get out the ER. She took out the wisdom teeth and they hit a nerve or somehow to make her swollen for two weeks now. The ER said the dentist must be new or unprofessional. I really suggest to stay away.

Gave me great advice on retainers and fixed a problem I've had for years with a different kind of retainer. Also gave me a great price that was better than most offices in Spokane. They made the retainers the same day. I live out of state, but I'll probably come back to them for retainers in the future.

They keep messing up my boyfriends teeth. First when they numbed him they nicked a nerve and mad half his tounge numb for 6 months, and then gave him a root canal and we had complications, and messed up while giving him a filling as well.

i went here. the hygienist did a good job, but the doctor is a gold digger. he tried to sell unneeded work that would have made my teeth worse. i have these thoughts from talking to my old dentist from where i moved.

The staff were very friendly, but informed me my insurance did not cover a procedure I have since found is and was covered. Hopefully it was an honest mistake, but considering the other negative reviews, I will not be returning. I would also suggest patients of this practice to double check whether information given to you about medical costs and alleged non-covered procedures is in fact accurate.

I'm going to give a 5 star due to them lying about my family not covered under dental care that I pay every month thru tricare. I had to pay $600 for them to take out my husband's wisdom teeth. I applied for the care credit card which was okay but I didn't need another credit card but I'm glad I built some credit history from it. I truly believe these people are not telling the patients the truth about what's covered and if they are they aren't telling them they are. Never again.
