This has been my dentist office for many years. All staff are friendly and professional. Dr.Collins is an expert in his craft, he routinely shows me the newest equipment and upgrades for the office and staff. His ability to put me at ease and laugh with me really alleviates the stress of the visit. I will never change dentists; as Collins Family Implant and Dentistry is the most efficient and state of the art I have ever been to.

Midway through my treatment, I told my husband that seeing Dr. Collins could turn out to be one of the best decisions of my life. And it certainly was! I had a very complicated case with dental implants dating back 30 years. With his extensive knowledge, Dr. Collins was able to locate critical older parts and combine them with the latest and greatest technology. Not only is Dr. Collins amazing, he has a fantastic staff. Cindy, Alisha, Sara, and Jenny are professional and exceedingly nice. The entire team made me feel valued and welcome at every visit!

Dr. Colllins and his staff have provided nothing but the best in dental care for me and my family. They have gone beyond the call in many instances. For example, when my brother, who doesn't drive, needed transportation for a dental implant procedure, they traveled to all the way to Beaverton to pick him up and take him back. Truly exceptional.

Dr. Collins and all of his staff are amazing! Very thorough and did a great job explaining everything so I understand. They made me feel very comfortable. I am excited to continue my dental journey with them!

I have only heard bad things about this facility and the staff. They gossip about their patients in the hallway with other staff. Tell the patient they are working with how they act emotionally and talk about things to the patient that have nothing to do with their dental care. The staff is rude and does not do a thorough job of examining the teeth and has missed things that the patient complained about until the problem was so bad that extreme actions had to be taken to "fix" the problem. They waste your time. When a cleaning should be around 20 min they can make you wait around a hour because of the excessive talking and gossiping with other staff in the hall. I would not go to this facility nor do I recommend it.

My family has been with Collins Family Dentistry for 30 years. Dr Collins uses the most current updated equipment and his staff is friendly and confidence inspiring. When I first started at Collins Family Dentistry I had a real fear of going to the dentist. I truly believe this comes from a bad experience as a kid myself. Through Dr Collin's calm professional demeanor I have gone well past the days of fear of dentistry and have nothing but great things to say about Collins Family Dentistry. I have recommended Dr Collins to many friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. Give him a try, you will be glad you did!

I have been a patient here since 1996 and trust Dr. Collins and his team for all my dental needs, including implant dentistry and crowns. I'm very particular about choosing health care providers and Dr. Collins has earned my longterm loyalty, respect and trust. He's simply the BEST! Highly recommend!

Excellent dental care. Dr. Collins does a fantastic job explaining procedures and answering my questions. I'm very happy with the work he's done. My teeth stay looking good for a long time after my cleanings. The office does a solid job explaining my dental coverage and they're always willing to call my insurance and ask questions on my behalf. I'm happy I found a dental office that takes care of the things that are important to me.

It's a enjoy going there because of the staff they are very kind and courteous willing to listen and engage with you on a helpful level. I highly recommend this place!!

My old dentist in Forest Grove recommended me to Dr Collins. They were friends from college. I like the staff and Dr Collins in general. I feel they are very friendly and helpful. I feel relaxed when I have my appointments and they give me the knowledge to learn more about taking care of my teeth.
