Dr. Kenneth and Dr. Marnie Collins are elite dentists who work hard to maintain their position as the leading dentists in the Spokane area. They do this in part with a dedication to ongoing dental education, including the adoption of new approaches to dental procedures. They have also studied considerably in some of dentistrys most challenging areas.
Dr. Kenneth has studied considerably in areas of cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). LVI immediately recognized his talent and made him the youngest clinical instructor in the schools history in 2001.
After graduating with a Biology degree from Washington State University (GPA 3.9), Dr. Marnie attended Creighton University Dental School. She graduated in 1998, and entered private practice. She provides a wide range of dental services, but is mostly interested in orthodontics and family dentistry.
In her spare time, she enjoys spectating at her kids athletic competitions in soccer, ski racing, football, and track. But shes not just a spectator, she competes in Ironman Triathlons with her husband.
At Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics, we are dedicated to comprehensive aesthetics. We want you to be happy with your appearance. This includes your smile, of course, but it also includes your skin, lips, and more. Our dentists can offer treatments like BOTOX Cosmetic and facial fillers, but to help achieve your cosmetic goals, we also employ a staff esthetician, Angie Travis, who can help you look and feel radiant.
Angie was born and raised in Spokane. She has been a dedicated staff member at our office for over 14 years, and she is passionate about aesthetics. She wants to make sure that you feel good about your appearance, and that your appearance matches who you truly feel inside: healthy, youthful, and confident.

Dr. Ken and the team were so welcoming and warm when my 4 year old and myself came in for checkups and cleaning. Dr. Ken listened to my concerns and wanted to share all the good news with me. We have a plan and an exciting journey ahead. Thank you Collins team!

Not only were they able to get me on quickly for a semi-emergency to remove a permanent retainer that had cracked, but once I was there they were able to fit me in for the same time for a cleaning and added Botox! Everyone was so friendly, made me feel like an old friend even though I was a brand new patient. And best of all, rather than try to upswell me when I expressed interest in possible Invisalign, I felt they took the time to really decide whether it was something I needed. I felt like they were there for my best interest and not theirs. I can't recommend enough!

I haven't been to the dentist in almost 2 years. Hence, I was a little nervous walking in. However, everyone was great! As soon as I walked in, the person at the desk greeted me. In addition, the individual who cleaned my teeth Melissa was very kind. She did a great job and helped to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office if you're wanting to get your teeth cleaned. Thank you!

I highly recommend Ken Collins and his team (Ashley)! I normally have extremely bad dental anxiety which is why I haven't been to a dentist in years and they were so calming and efficient when I had to have an emergency root canal and other work done- it was actually a great experience!!!! So glad I have found my "forever" dentist I can trust and don't dead going to!! I don't have enough good words to say!

My first time going to this dentist and I couldn't be happier!! Very professional & detail orientated. I went to see Dr. Collins do to a fall & was very concerned about my teeth. After a thorough check, he had a solution and with one or 2 more visits things should be back to normal. I left the office feeling like I had made new friends and was part of the family... pretty awesome since this was the first time meeting everyone!!

Dr. Ken Collins and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and eager to help. Dr. Ken genuinely cares about helping his patients and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. He is very knowledgable in TMJ, and I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for him after my car accident. One visit/treatment helped relieve so much pain. My medical insurance covers TMJ treatment at a different dentist in town and when I called there I was treated very rude and was told they couldn't see me until April. Dr. Ken saw me the day after I called. I will happily pay out of pocket to see him.

DDS Ken Collins and staff are fantastic! After 30 years at another dentist I moved to Collins and found it refreshing. The staff is friendly, professional and very efficient. I would recommend Collins DDS!

Everyone is always very kind and explains things completely. I took my 1 yr old son in for his first dental visit and he did great. They took things slow and showed him the equipment and were able to look at the teeth he had. He let them put fluoride on his teeth without issue and then let him pick a prize from a toy box. Great practice and staff.

Because I was in some pain they were very helpful in getting me in their schedule as quickly as possible. Once I was there, it was a very professional and comforting experience.
