Can you believe that!? I have to suffer for "2 months" just to get my teeth done! My teeth been aching for so long that it felt like "a knife and a sledge hammer been hitting them". I have to wait from "October to December". For those who suffers with tooth/teeth pain could understand. It hurts me so much. I felt like I've been discriminated. The woman at the service desk were rude. They made an appointment date so late. "I asked them to change it to an earlier date/emergency date but she denied me." The woman bit my head off about it.

I have always never had a problem with Collier until now. I got a call from Victoria to discuss the payment options back in February since I was getting iv sedation and dentures. She specifically told us that $2,128 was due and that it COVERED top and bottom dentures, iv sedation for 2 surgeries, all of that, and we had to pay before they would even pull any teeth. I had her on speakerphone when she said the price because my husband wanted to hear that I was hearing correctly and he even asked to make sure that we heard correctly, the woman said yes that if we went ahead and paid then that with insurance it was gonna cover everything, top and bottom dentures, both surgeries and being put to sleep! Had first surgery, even asked collier why are we doing this in 2 surgeries when this can be done in 1 surgery. Collier told us that would make his job easier and he didn't want to numb my whole mouth. Second appointment was to do surgery on bottom teeth and dentures. We get there and i get called back they put me on laughing gas for at least 20 minutes then a lady walks in asking if i even paid for the second surgery. Got my phone, showed a picture of the receipt then thats when they start telling me the bottom dentures was not even there! Needless to say the next day we called and now they are saying that $2,128 I paid back in February was only for my top teeth. They told me to call Pontotoc office and talk to the woman that did the payment. So someone needs to fix this cause this is pure ridiculous. This is no way to run a business.

I've been to several dentists in my life but I've never had a Dr. This easy with pulling a jaw tooth with long roots. Dr. Sherling gave the easiest shots to numb and then actually pulled tooth without conflict. Which for me is wonderful, best nurses and office staff around. I highly recommend them.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and they were so understanding and supportive. It was the most relaxed and comfortable I have ever been at a dentist's office. Dr. Shirling and Carrie were a great team. They worked super fast and it was the most painless experience I've had at the dentist's! The receptionist was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed and everything set up for my next visit. I'm actually looking forward to going back!

I had a great check up appointment with Dr. Collier and Lindy today. Lindy is always fun and professional and Dr. Collier is very attentive and easy going. I do not particularly love going to the dentist but this office makes it pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work.

Absolutely love the team at Collier Dental! No one is crazy about getting their teeth cleaned or having work done, but the ladies (and gent) at Collier Dental make it so easy. Lyndi is my GIRL - seriously the best!! Highly recommend this place!

My daughter's appointment was at 8am and got there at 8am. Someone came and gave her what they called kool-aid to see if she could swallow. Then left. We waited until 930 with everyone else going ahead of us. I finally got tired of waiting to then be told that the medication she drank had to wait an hour to work. First of all what medication was that I was not told then I was not told I would be waiting an hour after. No communication. After that we was take back to a room where that person did not engage with my terrified child. She said follow me and walked off not even looking back to see my daughter was creeping along. You would think with a young child she would try to speak to her or try to make her feel comfortable. We get to the room where she has to put a little gas mask on. By this time she trying to let my daughter know it will smell like strawberries. Then just kinda hangs at the door. Again no combination with me what processes we are doing. People were coming in and out of the room to restock and it was loud my daughter was scared and fought the gas. How could she fall asleep? After all that we finally see the dentist just to be told if she didn't go to sleep in the next 2 minutes there is nothing we can do. So we had no dental work done which I didn't think she really needed in the first place. At check out they tell me she has to go to the hospital to have this done to be put to sleep and insurance may pay some on it. Unless I was told wrong what she has going in is not that serious to go to the hospital. I will not be returning to collier dental Oxford or Pontotoc. I've been over them since I can NEVER GET them on the phone or even a call back. I don't see how they have patients with a system like that. so if you need a dentist office that communicates and you can call and talk to someone. Don't go here.

The best Dental Care in North Mississippi. No surprises with outrageous costs way above insurance payments. Most importantly, no added work to extract all available insurance. My other experiences had these problems, until I met Dr. Collier. Thank you for being the Dental Professionals that most are not.

Dr. Collier and staff are extremely nice and do great work. I am someone who hates the dentist but they make it as bearable as possible. I have had a couple long delays in the waiting room before getting in but that's my only critique on this great establishment!
