To let you know a little about myself I belong to a family of dentists. My father is a general dentist in Corsicana, Texas, where I grew up. I have an uncle that is a general dentist and another uncle who is a pediatric dentist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I attended Baylor University for my undergraduate studies and Baylor College of Dentistry obtaining a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. I then completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington D.C. I have been in Private Practice in Colleyville since 1993 and in Saginaw since 2007. I am very active on the committee for the Texas Pediatric Surgery Center. I married my college sweetheart and in our free time we enjoy spending time on the lake and watching our son play hockey.
Dr. Harman feels incredibly blessed because he thinks that pediatric dentistry is the best job in the world. He believes that one of the requirements for working with kids is that you have to have fun. His goal for every patient visit is for each child to have a positive experience so that they can grow up and have healthy smiles.
Dr. Harman graduated from Baylor University where he received the Outstanding Biology Student award. He then attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where he graduated and received the Horace Wells Outstanding Achievement in Anesthesia distinction.
Dr. Harman went on to work in central Texas for several years as a general dentist. However, because a specialty in pediatric dentistry requires additional training, he completed a residency at the Childrens Hospital of Michigan.
When Dr. Harman is away from the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, named Bear. He also enjoys reading, working on hobbies, and being involved in his local church.

Always a great experience for my son. He has been a patient at the office since he was 4 years old. Great staff and great providers. The practice has just added an Orthodontist. Highly recommend.

Not happy.... My kids have been going here for years and I've been pleased.... but I called them yesterday and asked if my 16 year old needed a parent to be with her fora cleaning if she drove herself there and they said "no, she doesn't need a parent". She went today and they were rude to her and turned her away and told her a parent is needed and to reschedule. She let me know this and I called them. Apparently, the scheduler is not even at the location who told me a parent isn't needed. They need to communicate with each other and be consistent in what information they give out and there's no excuse for them to be rude to a teenager trying to do her best.

Dr. Harman is INCREDIBLE with children.The encouragement he and the dental assistant gives to the kids throughout the visit means so much. Additionally, the front office staff are always welcoming and kind. This is the place to be!

Mi son has autism and it's very hard for him to go to the dentist. But today, even with all his behaviors, Dr. Harman and his staff made his visit a success. I can't thank them enough, it was a blessing for us to be treated by them. The patience they had and the strategies they used to get my son to cooperate with them it was admirable. Dr. Gober was my dentist as a kid! Although he only does surgeries now the entire clinic from scheduling to hygienists are amazing! My son is in a wheelchair & has severe oral aversion/fear... but they always do their best to make sure he (& me!) Are comfortable. We will continue to go every 6 mos to make sure my boys teeth are healthy.

Good experience for both of my kids (5 and 7 year old). They watched a movie while the staff worked on their teeth, which definitely helped with keeping them distracted:) The staff was very friendly and great with the kids. They handed me notes to take to their school as I was leaving and the kids got to pick a toy for good behavior. The only downside (and reason for 4 stars) about this office is it can be difficult to reschedule appointments in a timely manner if your kiddo gets sick or their is another conflict. They are normally booked pretty far out.

The practice seemed chaotic. I was not given any options aside from putting my child under. The doctor only does treatment in the hospital. Will look for a second opinion with options.
