A graduate of Dental Hygiene at Northampton County Community College, Abby has been with Collegeville Dental Center since its inception. Abby started working as an assistant and gained much of her clinical knowledge prior to attending college for dental hygiene. Over the past 20 years she has continued to learn through continuing education courses and hands on experience. Abby has a great love of guiding her patients to improved dental health. She has brought a great knowledge of dentistry and friendliness to our practice. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, DIY projects and her family.
Jane graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a degree in Nursing in 1996.She then attended Montgomery County Community College and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2001. While attending Montgomery Community College,she was honored to be accepted into Sigma Phi Alpha which is the National Honor Society for Dental Hygiene.She was also accepted into Phi Theta Kappa,which is the International Honor Society for 2 year colleges. Upon graduation, Jane was elected as a board member of Sigma Phi Alpha and served as President in 2008. Jane has continued her education and obtained her anesthesia license,which allows her to deliver dental anesthesia to our patients. Shehas been with our practice since 2005, and is happy to educate her patients in ways that can improve their oral health. Inher spare time,she is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Jane is also an active member of the church choir and plays the flute.

Collegeville ZERO STARS!! DON'T GO HERE! Not only was a tooth ruined after visiting here, but they had the audacity to bill me for "missing an appointment" I never agreed to, after telling them I did not want any further service from them. Went in for a cleaning with NO issues. Was told there was an "issue" with a tooth and it needed a filling. Reluctantly, since I had no complications with it, I allowed the filling to be done which ultimately caused several issues, and they told me it would need a root canal. Since they refused to perform the root canal on their dime because of the issues THEY caused, I refused any further service. Apparently, whatever brainless person running the schedule set me up for a followup appointment I did not ask for, they fraudulently scheduled me without my knowing, then billed me for missing the appointment I was unaware of. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I had to go to another Dentist to redo and fix the screw ups performed here. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Board of Dentistry, my insurance carrier, and the Better Business Bureau.

I really appreciate everyone at Collegeville Dental Center. Everyone is kind and attentive. The hygienists do a thorough job and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Even my 6 year old enjoys his check ups and cleanings!

I received very poor pain control for years culminating in in 8 extractionswhich kept getting reinfected due to insufficient antibiotics and almost no analgaesics

My family and I are all patients of doctor Volkova for over five years now. We all are very happy with Dr. and her stuff. Dr. Volkova is the best dentist I've seen over many years. Her work is the of the highest quality, attention to details is just amazing. The stuff in this office is very polite, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend Dr. Volkova.

I have not been to the dentist in over 6 years due to not having insurance and it being too expensive. But Dr. Zitter was amazing, she worked with me on payments and went Above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Zitter. You will not be disappointed.

I recently went here for a checkup on my teeth, and I think that the service was great. The Hygienist was nice, and Dr. Volkova cleaned my teeth with no problem. I would highly recommend this place.

The Staff was very nice , first time there , I didn't wait long... Dr. Volkova was very professional I liked her very much.... she got the job done , I felt no pain at all ...I would recommend her to anyone....

I went there to fix one of my teeth ...they fixed that one wrongly and I end up loosing my other adjacent teeth because of the wrong filling. Please be careful.
