Great service. Staffs are nice and friendly. The doctors are okay. Prices are reasonable. However, they need to review the security of their IT system. Also they tend to recommend unnecessary procedures so that give them the extra income.

Just attempted to schedule an emergency visit. The receptionist was horrible. She was cold and unwelcoming. Of course the first questions are about insurance, not what may be the issue. And the manner in which the information was obtained was terrible. I decided against visiting even though I'm in excruciating pain. I can only imagine how dismissive they may be in person. Keep in mind, I was the first caller as soon as they opened. Disgusting!

Dr. Romila Tiwary is outstanding! Discusses options, if there are such, to various conditions. Provides time to answer your questions. The office has plenty of free parking and is conveniently located on RT 1 near the University of Maryland and public transportation. They take many different insurance policies for dental work.

They're a great group of people, I'm sure, however, Dr Tiwary should not cross some boundaries. Perhaps she should show more integrity in character. She called me ugly just because she did not like how my teeth looked?? And this is not the first time she dropped that word. Shows what kind of a person she is. Well glad am almost done with my Invisalign journey. Am done with college park dental soon as I finish my treatment.

I was able to book online and schedule in a few days. Noshin & Dr. Tiwary were wonderful, it was a quick painless experience! This is my new dentistry office for sure!

Not so good at followup calls but quite fast, accurate, pleasant and friendly, if rather busy. I ran into a client from my own business who works here and was able to get a bit of insight on some of the operations. You should be knowledgeable about your own health. If you are not, you are an easy target for fleecing. Keep notes. If someone is going too fast for you to understand, stop them and have them back up until you feel you are on terra firma again. Be sure you are shown your xrays AND get them explained to you. This had not been done in my case and led to a brief testy exchange. Get a treatment plan and estimate before your procedure appointment, if at all possible, so it can be considered in leisure. If they have not been prescribed, be sure to request antibiotics as well as medications for pain should you get a surgical procedure. Some medical offices (though not this one, they were pretty good about all pre- and post-procedure meds) are getting lax about these important drugs. There are plenty of reasons NOT to have these drugs prescribed; just make sure your dentist has considered whether you need them or not so he or she can make that decision. This 5-star review is relative. This practice in Bethesda would probably be a 4 star.

The front desk is very friendly and professional. The three forms of information is easy to follow. I did not understand how to answer one of the questions but the dental specialist was very helpful in that regard. I had a general cleaning and xrays. The procedures was done with great care and skill. Most importantly the pain was minimal.

Worst experience EVER. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM and arrived at 11:05 AM due to rain and traffic. I waited an ENTIRE HOUR and did not get serviced people that came after me had an appointment. All they could do was apologize and reschedule my appointment. This dental office is normally good either timing but after my next visit I will change dental offices. They are overbooked.

For more than 35 years I have received very professional,, courteous and friendly service at College Park Dental. Dr Brager, Sue, Bernard, Tiffany, Mary and the entire staff provide first class service at every visit.

Each time a go to College Park Dental, the staff is excellent. Dr. Hoang details me in complete detail what is going on. She is a great dentist. Her assistant La Shawn is wonderful. She is very helpful and always make me feel at ease.
