An Escondido native, Jewel studied at Pacific College for her education. Today, shes been a part of the healthcare field for over two full decades so far. Her favorite part of her role here is getting to work for such an amazing boss!
Jewel has three wonderful children and four amazing grandchildren. Her biggest hobby outside of the office is traveling. She has a degree in Ethnic Studies and always enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds, which is why shes visited several countries so far with hopefully many more to come.
Annie is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with roughly 13 years of experience in the world of dentistry. Helping patients with pain relief, dental anxiety, and smile transformations is extremely rewarding for her. In fact, she feels very blessed to have been gifted with a career that has shown her complete transformations in the confidence and personalities of her patients.
Annies family consists of the worlds funniest son and the best village of supporting friends and family. Outside of dentistry, her interests include paddle boarding, longboarding, biking, hiking, fishing, and camping.
Dr. Paskalev prides himself on his broad experience in dentistry. 'Throughout my career, I have worked as a dentist in three different countries and also as a dental technician, hygienist, and assistant.'
He most enjoys working with people of all different ages and backgrounds, as well as the diversity of challenges involved in each case. Dr. Paskalev works with each patient as a team to provide preventive care solutions for optimal oral health. His goal is to maintain healthy teeth and treat oral disease to resolve existing and prevent future problems. 'I try to find the least-invasive action that will provide the longest term solution,' he says.
Dr. Paskalev studied Dentistry at the Medical UniversitySofia in his native Bulgaria. Not long after completion, he moved to the US and earned his second dental degree from Tufts University in Boston, graduating third in his class. The same year he relocated to Eugene, drawn by all it has to offer. In 201415 he moved to Cambridge, UK, where his wife attended university and worked for the NHS. However, he is happy to be back in Oregon. 'It feels like home,' he smiles.
An active member of the Oregon Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Lane County Dental Association, Dr. Paskalev is always looking to learn about and contribute to the advancement of dentistry worldwide. He is also now a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is the current president of the Lane County Dental Society! He also enjoys volunteering with the Tooth Taxi, a mobile clinic serving the children in rural communities and the South Lane Children's Dental Clinic.

Just want to make people aware that sedation dentistry is NOT available here, despite their website saying otherwise. I have severe anxiety surrounding dentists and was hopeful when I found this place advertising it. I was told by the front desk that that information is false. I'm really disappointed, I'm not sure why they would advertise that and then not follow through.

I have consistently have excellent care by Jen and Dr. Ivan and come to them 3 times a year for cleaning, etc. I always find them to be very friendly and professional.

Great dentist. I have followed this dentist to his new practice. He is carrying, gentle, and places personal attention to myself and my family. My wife is especially sensitive when it comes to dental procedures and he is the only dentist she will go to. The staff is friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend them.

I had my first-time appointment today, and all the positive reviews of this place are true. They have a stellar team from their front desk staff and assistants to their dental clinician/hygienists. Everyone was so friendly and kind to me. They really went above and beyond to make my experience there as smooth and easy as possible. I thoroughly appreciated their customer service and level of attention to my needs. I really felt listened to and welcomed to their practice. If you're looking for a dental office that offers professional, high-quality, and compassionate care, look no further.

I had such an incredible experience from start to finish! The receptionists are all incredibly kind and helpful when registering as a new patient. Dr. Ivan is great at explaining everything and making sure you feel comfortable with every step. His kind demeanor and knowledge made the appointment fly by. Lastly, the lovely woman who cleaned my teeth, I believe her name was Jan, was funny, fast and gentle. Overall, every single person at College Hill made me feel welcomed and excited to be at the dentist! I wish I could rate my experience even higher because I truly felt so cared for.

I had my teeth cleaned at my last appointment. I'm sixty six years old, and my former wife (now deceased) was a dental hygienist, and she taught me a lot about dental health. Matt was my hygienist last week, and he was the best I've had the pleasure to meet. He taught me a few things about teeth and gum care that I never knew, his touch was superior, he was thorough, and Matt was fun. I am impressed!

My experience at College Hill is the best dental care that I can ever remember having at a dentist office. The quality of care is exceptional and I really feel like I was listened to and respected. I received utmost consideration and the staff was responsive and professional - and that was even with learning that they had limited staff the day I attended my last appointment. I would highly recommend this dental team for anyone. They have up to date technology to minimize patient discomfort and exposure to X-rays. I was very impressed with the level of treatment and the guidance that I received for home hygiene modification to make future visits as successful.

Best customer service I've ever had with a cleaning of teeth!! Matt explained everything he was doing! He gave me excellent advice and suggestions! Felt very relaxed and was pain free! I'll definitely recommend him to everyone I see.
