We took my teenage daughter in for a trusted evaluation following complaints of jaw pain after orthodontic work at another clinic. Dr. Carter, and her team got my daughter in quickly for a consultation and made some recommendations to other providers. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Carter and know with her guidance, we're on a path to stopping this horrible jaw pain in my daughter.

I was referred to Dr Carter after having a terrible experience with another dentist. She and her staff helped me work through my fears and I have been going to her office consistently, for over 18 years. All staff are very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable - as a result, i feel at ease and confident that I am being provided excellent care. I grind my teeth, which has been a major ongoing challenge for years, and greatly affects my dental health. Dr Carter helped me work through the problems and I now have a working solution. I am extremely pleased with all treatment received at this office and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

2 stars because Colleen is genuinely good at what she does but her front desk people have been terrible. The first front desk lady was incompetent and defensive. Screwed up billing, scheduling and didn't follow through. The latest one was just Passive Aggressive and in the worst way - southern passive aggression - just makes my skin crawl.

Stop charging me $46.43 for "Oral Hygiene Instruction". This is a scam, and my insurance doesn't cover it (no insurance should). Telling me to brush my teeth twice a day should not cost $46.43 each visit. Care is fine and cleaning is fine. Billing processes are consistently insane. I called and they removed it. I shouldn't have to do that every visit.

Do not use this dentist, their office staff is very rude and insists that there is no way their computers could make a mistake in billing. I visited the office in June and was told they'd bill me for the amount my insurance didn't cover. I received the bill and I called to pay the outstanding amount over the phone. I didn't receive any other communication from them until this month when I received an overdue bill with multiple finance charges. When I contacted the office to figure out why I never received a bill the office staff was very rude. I would have been happy to pay the outstanding balance had they waived the additional charges since I didn't receive a bill in a timely manner, however the office staff member I spoke to then called me a liar saying that the system said a bill was sent. This is a very frustrating way to be treated by an office that should be professional.

Colleen Carter is the absolute worst dentist in all of Colorado. Not only is she unprofessional but also very rude and an aggressive person. Please go elsewhere

It's been a while since I was here and my experience was awful. I hope it's changed. They did extra work on my mouth without consulting me first, the receptionist was extremely condescending, and they continue to send me email offers after I've unsubscribed numerous times. This practice lacks boundaries and genuine care.

Terrible experience through and through. They messed up my appointment date and time twice then when I finally made it in, Dr. Carter wasn't there and they told me I had to come back in a month (they wanted to have my cleaning that day and see the dentist another day). No communication on this whatsoever. After my second visit, I received a bill for $57. They charge their patients for the PPE used by them. All they used that was disposable was a surgical mask which is like $1. I'm sorry but as a nurse, I think it's the most stingy thing to have patients paying for PPE. That is such a money hungry large corporation move.

Before Dr Carter, I was terrified about the dentist and assumed they just want my money and didn't care about me. After finding Dr Carter, I have zero anxiety about seeing her! She walks you through the entire process and keeps you calm. It's been so helpful and reassuring to have her working on my teeth

Dr Carter brought up complete care for my teeth, not just brushing and flossing and made me feel comfortable

So far, my experiences here have been wonderful. Having dental work done is one of my least favorite things in the world, but Dr. Carter and her colleagues are wonderful! I can't remember the dentist's name (Dana?) from my first visit, but Dr. Carter and Denise were great today as well. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend signing up for a free consultation!

If only I could give 0 stars. Take a look at yelp there's quite a few horrible reviews. She must have bought off the google reviews to have good ones show. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dental practice. The blonde receptionist (Ashley I think?) was incredibly rude to me from the moment I walked in. Their forms are completely outdated they want you to put your Social Security number and give credit card information if you should actually show up late or cancel an appointment with less than two days prior to the appointment and you have to pay a $250 fee if you do. The facilities were not nice nor was anything welcoming here. I didn't want to give them my credit card information for them to have on file because I wasn't sure I wanted to return to the practice. Then the lady informed me that I would have to do panoramic x-rays and I told her I had already had those done. They gave me such a hard time about contacting my other dental office to get those records. I got pretty frustrated and The lady went back and apparently talk to Dr. Carter and Dr. Carter dismissed me and they wouldn't see me for my routine cleaning. I ended up wasting two hours of my morning during work for nothing. The woman was so rude. I was too by the end. This office is all about money and charging for unnecessary care. There paper forms are outdated and I question the HIPAA compliance with them. Horrible practice. I was shaking by the time I was basically kicked out.
