Dr. Nguyen graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Dentistry. Education is important to her and she is a Silver Provider in Invisalign since 2008. Dr. Nguyen has trained with The Hornbrook Group, one of the worlds most prominent cosmetic dental specialists in the country. In addition she has participated in hundreds of hours of post graduate work at The Schuster Center for Professional Development and The Dawson Academy for Esthetics and Restorative Dentistry. She has also received extensive training and is certified with a fellowship in the usage of multiple lasers including the Biolase-Waterlase MD.Dr. Colleen Nguyen, is one of less than 350 dentists worldwide to complete a rigorous post-doctoral curriculum and earn accreditation as a practitioner of Bioesthetic Dentistry. Bioesthetic Dentistry is a process that includes comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning in order to obtain a healthy, highly functional, unworn chewing system that provides natural beauty(known as optimal biologic form). It is the knowledge to diagnose the causes of chewing system disharmony like tooth wear and the understanding that occlusion has a profound effect on the temporomandibular joint and the airway.

Dr Nguyen is very knowledgeable and comforting. After years of bad experiences with dentists I've developed a fear of going to a dentist. It took years to find a dentist that has eased my fears. Now at times I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

We love all the ladies from the front office to the great ladies who see us. We get excellent cleanings and anything that comes up is taken care of in a timely manner. They treat everyone like family! Dr. Nguyen continues to learn new procedures to add to the practice.

My mother has gone to Dr. Nguyen for 15+ years and we are very thankful for her care! The staff is amazing...even decorated for my mom''s 88th birthday on an emergency visit.

I came here after another Dentist did the complete opposite of what I asked for. I came out in worse shape than going in! I have had my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen and she made sure I wasn't in pain, she was very good about telling me each step she was doing. She's really trying to help me get my smile back! I still have a few more appointments as she's having to correct the horrible job the other Dentist did to my teeth. I'll be back to let you know when we are done. So far I would highly recommend going to her for all your dental needs! I know I've found my new dentist!!

It's all in the name!!! Gentle Touch's staff and procedures were very thorough and pleasant. I explained my apprehensive attitude about visiting the dentist and they were mindful of that notion every step of the way. I also appreciated the upfront pricing! I still have more work to get done and I look forward to going back. I would definitely recommend Gentle Touch to anyone that is looking for a professional and compassionate care team of dentistry!

Always friendly, professional and efficient service. This office is quite a drive for us, but there's not another office I'd trust with my family's dental needs. Dr. N stays on the cutting edge of dental technology. My daughters won't need orthodontic treatment thanks to her introducing us to Healthy Start....I can't say enough about this practice. LaNette has been my hygienist for over 30 years now. I'm grateful she's also my daughters' hygienist!! Highly recommend!!!!

This dental office has worked so hard to correct my sons teeth, and SUCCEEDED!! He was one of the most difficult cases to work with, but Gentle Touch Dentistry has gone above and beyond. We are so grateful to Emily, and Dr. Nguyen. My son used to say that instead of a million dollar smile, he had a dollar smile. I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for so long I don't recall the first time. I was so nervous and full of anxiety for any dental procedure that I would skip going. Dr. Nguyen made it so comfortable and so very painless that I became excited to go. Her entire staff is wonderful from the front desk to the dental technicians, her surgical aids all the way to clerical and billing department. They are all knowledgeable, well educated and so very kind. I'm truly thankful for her and her team for keeping my teeth top notch!!
