Dr. Ludington chose general dentistry because he loves the preventive treatment aspects of dentistry. By educating, coaching, and treating patients, he helps to prevent or alleviate significant physical and emotional discomfort. He partners with his patients to achieve a high level of health and well-being that each and every patient deserves. Coaching patients on proper forms of oral hygiene and seeing them succeed is what Dr. Ludington enjoys most about his work.

Everyone in this office is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a bite correction and the work was done carefully and thoroughly. Dr. Palm explains every step and checks in with you periodically to make sure you're doing alright. My mother (90 years of going to dentists) said he's the best dentist she's ever gone to.

This was my first experience with Dr. Bashar filling a tooth with a broken down filling that had to be removed. He provided excellent care. I felt no pain at all and the work on the tooth took less time than I anticipated. He is pleasant and personable and clearly had a good working relationship with the dental assistant, who was also wonderful. I have no qualms continuing to see Dr. Bashar in the future. Dr. Palm is a tough act for anyone to follow, but Dr. Bashar seems to be a great fit for the practice.

What a wonderful establishment Colchester Dental is! Like they say about good people "it starts at the top", and this cannot more true than at Colchester Dental. Dr Ken Palm is an absolute delight. His big smile is the light on a gray day. His staff is just as wonderful. If you are looking for a great dentist, Colchester Dental is the place. What a gem of a practice! My family and I have been cared for by Dr. Palm for now over 20 years. "Cared for" captures the culture of this group perfectly. We have received excellent dental care in the context of a truly caring doctor/practice-patient relationship. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Received a bill for a cleaning. They failed to answer correctly when I asked if there would be a change in the type of cleaning I would get going for. They lied. Then when I argued they decided it wasn't the best practice for me. Lol. I was already switching dentist before this call. Be honest about what you are going to charge. Been going there since 2004. Dr Palm was great but the practice is horrible now.

Due to COVID my appointment was quite different. However the staff were very helpful and all went well. I'm not sure how they could have done it better. Maybe if I didn't have a cell phone, I don't know how it would have gone.

We took my almost 3 yr old for his first Dentist visit and it was a great experience! The hygienist was so kind and gentle and made it a really great first visit. My son said he liked the dentist. Big win!
