In addition to serving his patients, Dr. Colby has remained a loyal member of the Highland community in helping local schools and groups in the recovery and rehabilitation of men with addictions to drugs and those released from prior criminal convictions.
Dr. Colby has also served internationally providing dental care to thousands of people in many countries since 1996. He has served in El Salvador, Columbia, Guatemala and in Vanuatu. Dr. Colby worked with Hearts-in-motions a local non-profit bringing teams on six occasions to Guatemala.
He loves fishing, outdoors, traveling, and mentoring others. Dr. Colby resides in Crown Point.He is very family oriented and enjoys attending concerts, spending time at the beach and going hiking with his three lovely children. Carlye, Dr. Colby eldest daughter lives in Arizona and is following in the footsteps of her father by attending dental school. Dr. Colby two younger children, Madelyn and Dylan, both attend Crown Point High School and can occasionally be found at the office assisting with various aspect of learning how to operate a dental office. The Colby family is active in their church and community.

Colby Dental has the friendliest staff. Starting with the front desk to the Hygienist, to the great Doctors . Although, no one could fill Dr. Colby's shoe's.

Krystal is AMAZING!! She says we just met (my first visit), but she made me feel like I've known her for 20 years. We talked, we laughed -- she has the best laugh ever lol. She cleaned my teeth and gave me tips to maintain my smile - very thorough! I booked my follow-up before I left because I look forward to her telling me I've done well. Colby Dental, give her a raise; make sure she feels valued. I need her to be there when I come back in 6 months. The whole staff was very pleasant and the facility is clean and fresh. Recommended.

Colby Dental has been amazing to myself and my family! They show so much respect to everyone that comes in from what I can see when I'm there! I feel like they show that each person has value. I've been taking my kids there for the past few years and they have so much integrity when working with my boys and they alway have high moral and professional principles. They really value us as patients and show so much appreciation to us for choosing their practice! We will never go to another dentist because they are just the best!

The staff at Colby is always friendly and welcoming. The hygienists remember you by name and really care about you as a person, not just a patient. My hygienist, Krystal, remembered details about my life and asked about updates. I can tell she really loves her job! I will never go anywhere else!

I went to the dentist today for a six month check up and cleaning. Dr. Colby had passed after my last visit. The staff was very courteous and professional. Great service was provided. I met the new dentist and was pleased with his assessment of my dental health.

This is my 2nd visit. I LOVE this place. From the instant you walk in. The nice, outgoing and friendly girls at the desk to the hygienist who is compassionate, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is so optimistic , friendly and outgoing. They found I needed a deep cleaning and scaling under my gums and I was ecstatic because I'm thinking why didn't my dentist ever notice that on xray? The dentist is super knowledgeable and friendly. Colby dental is the best place ove ever been. I'm 55 years old. Love you guys. Super happy.

I have been going to dr Colby for years and was very saddened to hear of his passing. I think that the office did a marvelous job finding someone to keep Colby dental running. Dr Biggs is phenomenal! Have had a few things done and love the results. The staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming! Thank you Colby dental!

I feel bad writing a review without having names. They introduced themselves but I have trouble remembering names. I went in to have my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist did a fantastic job! Pleasant to talk with, she explained everything in great detail, timely and most of all she did a great job. The Dentist came through, did his exam and explained what he saw. I didn't feel like I was pushed through the system. The reception desk was courteous and kind. All around great visit. Great job Colby Dental!!!
