Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic was formed in October 2018 by the joining together of Mercy Catholic Medical Center (Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pa.), Nazareth Hospital (Philadelphia, Pa.), Saint Francis Hospital (Wilmington, Del.), St. Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, Pa.), and their associated home health and LIFE programs, physician practices, aligned joint ventures, sub-corporations, programs and services.
Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is the largest Catholic healthcare system serving the Greater Philadelphia area and is a part of Trinity Health of Livonia, Michigan, and sponsored by Catholic Health Ministries.
The hospitals and associated clinics, medical offices, specialized facilities, affiliated institutions, and foundations and includes more than 9,000 colleagues. These hospitals serve together in the spirit of the Gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within their communities.

Our expert panel of speakers focused on the importance of disrupting systems that create health inequities and call leaders to action both personally and professionally.

One key resource is Trinity Healths Code of Conduct [PDF, 1MB], which describes expected behaviors and conduct of all who work in Trinity Health and provides appropriate responses to common issues that are often encountered in the workplace.
The Supplier Code of Conduct [PDF, 55kb] communicates the minimum standards by which all Trinity Health vendors are expected to conduct themselves when providing goods or services to our system. Other key components include education and training, auditing and monitoring of Trinity Health business activities, and mechanisms that allow colleagues, medical staff, vendors and other business partners to raise issues and concerns so they may be dealt with timely and appropriately.
