Dr. Cohen and his team has been great with my invisalign care, the results are excellent. I am beyond happy with my smile, Dr. Cohen and his team made the process easy and effortless along the way! Dr. Cohen and his team pay close attention to detail and the results reflect that, very thankful to the whole team! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great smile!

The insurance lady forgot to file with my insurance and filed a month later. The insurance lady said that invisalign was cosmetic and was not covered by my insurance and this was not true. The insurance lady said that my coverage was only 50% and my coverage is 60%. The insurance lady said the longer the treatment plan, the more the insurance would pay, so she filed for a longer treatment planned than was needed. This was also not true. My insurance pays according to the treatment plan. My treatment plan was only 10 weeks and my insurance would have paid the amount in a shorter period of time. Now that I am switching projects, my insurance will change. I tried to explain this to the people that file the insurance for the office. Now I will have to come out of pocket because the insurance lady thought they would get more money for a longer treatment plan. All plans are not the same for all employers.

I just got my braces off after 3 1/2 of having them. I had a difficult case as my cupids were stuck in my nasal cavity, but the doctors made sure to get them down as quickly and safely as possible. The care you will receive here from these doctors and their staff is unlike any other you'll find. They will go above and beyond to make sure that their patients are comfortable and happy with their care. The staff is always lively, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to take that extra step to make sure you will get the help you need. I couldn't have gone to a better orthodontist or asked for a better experience!

The team at Cohen Orthodontics are amazing! Not only did they do a wonderful job of correcting the teeth of both my children, but as an adult my teeth started to shift, and although I had other options, I chose Cohen Orthodontics. I just finished my Invisalign treatment, and I could not be happier. I definitely made the right choice! I would highly recommend this team of professionals for all your orthodontic needs!

Cohen Ortho is amazing. Dr. Cohen and especially Dr. Matt have been wonderful. The entire staff is wonderful. My son had metal braces for phase 1 and the Invisalign for phase 2 and now today is all done. I will never forget when Sean was hit by a baseball on a Saturday and I called office panicked. Dr. Matt called me back within minutes and assured me it would all be fine. We texted all weekend and saw him on Monday. He was right and I am forever grateful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for almost two years and today I completed my final visit. I am happy my teeth are free but somewhat saddened I wont get to interact with Dr. Cohen and his amazing team, as often. I am not new to orthodontist treatments and would recommend this practice over any other I have visited and been a patient of. No matter who greets me or is assigned as my assistant/tech, service is top notch. I always have a million questions and they dont mind. Dr Cohen and his team deliver and are VERY knowledgeable and personable too. Even during trying times like COVID. He clearly hand picks his team, as all are so kind, patient, caring and understanding. Even when I contact Billing. They know their stuff and make sure i understand too. I love Dr. Cohen and his team is THE BEST! They are so upbeat and always smiling (well with their eyes now thanks to COVID and masks). The atmosphere is so welcoming and I'm grateful my smile was perfected by one of the best around. I will recommend him to anyone in Atlanta,GA and surrounding areas. My spacing is now closed and my teeth look great!. My dentist and hygienist even comment on how great my teeth and bite look when I go for my cleanings. The Smyrna and Dunwoody locations are great and they value their patients' time too.

Waste of money. My child's teeth shifted back to how they were originally were before braces. The staff tried to tell me that the retainer was not being worn, which is not true. The retainer was worn day and night, it was only removed for eating and brushing. Asked for a permanent retainer when we first noticed the space in between the front teeth ( 2 months after removing the braces) and we were told that one couldn't be provided because of the space returning. Now we are being told to obtain a special retainer and not the clear one, it will be $300! It should be free considering that her spaces are returning even after wearing the retainer as instructed. Just a headache and waste of my money. Also Kassai, the receptionist has the nastiest attitude. As soon as we walked in on the last appointment we were not greeted but told in a rude tone to go and wash our hands.

I came with a referral from my dentist at the time due to typical pain from bruxism, and resulting TMJD. I didn't know it then, as neither my dentist or Cohen did, either. Instead, I got looks of complete mystery from both of them. Cohen told me he'd "try something out", and proceeded to file down my canines without asking me, while offhandedly talking about Randy Newman. This caused a host of problems down the line, but I'll spare you that essay. This was the worst medical experience of my life, and it wasn't even a treatment. It was purposely-induced damage by a trusted medical provider. Come here if you want to see a tooth jockey who knows nothing about the relationship between dentition and jaw, and who doesn't respect patient rights at all. Remember that you only have one set of teeth, and you get to pay Cohen just as many bills as anyone else for the privilege.

I wish my wife would have found a different Orthodontist. The lady that handles the insurance does not understand that each policy is different. She keeps giving us different information than the insurance company. The office staff told us not to worry because the FSA would cover it. Well, what if we have other needs for the FSA? It would be nice to know how much we have left to budget.

Front office personnel/ insurance folks are not professional or courteous. They are very curt. The folks in the back are professional and courteous. I would not recommend this office or the one in Dunwoody.

For any of you who are thinking about getting braces, I recommend Invisalign, and I definitely recommend Cohen Orthodontics. Even if you are an adult, and even if you are an older adult, you are never too old to get Invisalign. I am now 73 years old, and had contemplated getting braces for years, but just never could pull the trigger. Then I found out about Invisalign and Drs. Barry and Matt Cohen. On my first visit, I was impressed how much genuine concern they had for me. I was also impressed at the upbeat atmosphere, and the cordial nature of all of the employees. When Dr. Cohen told me I was a good candidate, I decided to move forward with Invisalign, and I am so happy I took that step. I have completed the process and am now in retainers. The results are beyond what I had hoped for. I am proof that we are never too old to improve our appearance. If you are thinking about taking this step, please make an appointment to see Dr. Barry Cohen, or Dr. Matt Cohen. I think you will be glad you did.

I really love the work Dr. Matthew Cohen did for me! I switched from orthos after 2 1/2 years of a different general clinic and I really did not like my progress. Dr. Cohen really took his time explaining what could still be done and his team did a great job! I love my new smile! Thank you everyone at Cohen Orthodontics!

I have been coming to Dr. Cohen's office for years! As a child I came to him for braces. As a young adult when my teeth started to shift I came to him to get my Invisalign. No matter how many yes past it's always stellar care with the same smiling faces. Highly recommend!
