You know it's a shame. Been going there since the 90s. Customer service is below average. I see many in these reviews feel the same way. The dentists are great. The dental assistants are good and friendly. There's been lots of miss information and last minute cancellations. They took my $679.00 on credit care. Then I get a message from my bank that they took another $679.00 from my debt card. Charged twice. Called to find out what went on. Apparently both cards a linked to my account. Called got a attitude about asking. Said the manger would take care of it. Ask her more questions and got hang up on. Unacceptable. Customer Service none. Been 2 days NO ONE has called me back. No one has apologized for THERE mistake. The chick at the side desk needs to go to customer service school or do something else. Been a retail manager for 25 years.if I heard my employee talk to customers like that she'd be gone. Upset!! Absolutely. The typical answer is coming. Got to wait 3 days. Taking that kind money from a senior on a budget is a big deal. Your only as good as your leader.

Had to cancel an appointment in March because I was sick. When I called in to let them know and to reschedule, they told me they would have to call me once they get the new dentists schedule since they weren't going to have a dentist until May. So here it is August and I still haven't got a phone call. Do you guys have a dentist now ? Are you ever going to call your customers or not?

Appearance is not the best however they do a good job of cleaning teeth etc

I have called dozens of times, they don't answer the phone or return phone calls so I haven't been able to schedule an appointment. I don't plan to ever schedule here again.

The person picked up the phone always got attitude to the patient. If you choose working in a healthcare service, please be nice, or just go and find another job. Also, it took me more than 10 callings to their office but no one answered the phone.

My dad goes there had work done on his teeth where they ground his teeth so small, his bridge couldn't hold on to the teeth they ground down, then asked "where did they grind your teeth at? Here I said, was then told "that was never done here" I guess they don't keep records?? RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! now being told, I need a post. More Money. I think that's all they care about.

Never answers the phone and never calls back when leaving a message with call back number. Since they don't answer their phones I decided to take the bus across town to schedule an appointment and they are not even open at 3:24 Thursday afternoon. If you can afford it go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

Horrible dental staff! Unprofessional, Unpleasant, unfriendly!! My daughter first appointment was on the 25th of February, they rescheduled it the the 28th. Fine no big deal, however they forget to let her know they don't put you to sleep. They scheduled her appointment for this morning, that's when she overheard them telling a lady they don't do sedations. My daughter was supposed to have all four wisdom teeth removed they only pulled out three the fourth one is cricket. They referred her to Stanislaus dental who will not do it because all four teeth need to be intact. The lady at the coffee dental advised if my daughter needed medication for pain the doctor would have sent her home with one. Her mouth was pulled on tugged on only to be told that the tooth that hurts the most they can't do because she needs to be put to sleep for they gave her ibuprofen 800 and amoxicillin nothing for pain. I called back and was advised that they do not do pain medications at all but that's not what I was told when I left originally. They spelled my daughter's name wrong advise them it was wrong had an attitude to just waited out then I had to let them know her first name was spelled wrong the last name was a completely different last name so from the moment dealing with the two rude obnoxious b****** in the front office they're horrible! No customer service whatsoever my annoyance with them was after they were annoyed because they had to fix her paper didn't give her a doctor's note and I've been completely rude ever since if I could give this f****** office zero Stars I would you need to hire new office staff them two fat f**** in the front are f****** worthless f*** this office respectfully

Horrible customer service the lady put me on hold and had me on hold for 30 mins i hung up and called back and told her did she forget i was on hold she ignored it and said what can i help you with like she had an attitude. I faxed my referrals over for dental work a month ago waiting for a call back for an appointment and they claimed they never got them. I asked can I re-fax them the Lady then told me there fax machine was broke to email them. Very unprofessional will definitely be finding somewhere else to get dental work.

I was disappointed today when I asked the vaccination status of the staff. I was told they aren't allowed to discuss that. I'm immunocompromised and every other medical facility I go to has no problem telling me the staff is vaccinated or required to test every other day.

Terrible office staff. Couldn't even get an appointment scheduled with them so I had to use another office. Also, just ignore their office hours that are posted online. They do.

Unprofessional to say the least. Overbooked, no call backs, no follow up. If you have hours to waste daily, are willing to wait a couple months for a procedure, and have the phone receptionist be curt and rude, then this is the place for you! My pliers and Dewalt drill have more customer service skills than this 2bit wannabe dental practice.

Worst dental office eveeeeer. The staffs are very rude. They have very harsh attitudes. They never smile. The way they talk to you is like they want to fight you. Garbage people.

Great dental office . They are very thorough, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend them . Also the wait time ! There is no wait time !!!!
