We offer treatments ranging from standard cleanings and maintenance procedures to whitening systems, restorations, and reconstructions.
Dr. William Coco has been awarded the prestigious Mastership Award given by the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). The MAGD is thehighest honor given by the Academy of General Dentistry. Bestowed upon those who complete over one thousand hours of coursework in 16 areas of dentistry, the award is representative of an individual committed to maintaining a state-of-the-art practice while offering the latest advancements in dental care and treatment to each patient. Dr. Coco joined over2,200 other awarded dentists for their willful dedication to continuing education in dentistry.
Dr. Coco earned his bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the State University of New York at Oneonta and later relocated to North Carolina.At North Carolina State University, heearneda Masters degree with honors in Organic Chemistry. Dr. Coco earned a Doctorate in General Dentistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Following the completion of his education, Dr. Cocomoved to Greenville, NC, and opened his own dental practice in 1985. During his time running a successful dentalpractice, Dr. Cocotaught atEast Carolina University as a chemistry professor from 1985-1992.

Great friendly office to go to. Today was my first visit. Dr. Coco explained everything and I will be going back. The hygienist was soo friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Great, friendly staff. Them and Dr. Coco always take the time to answer all my questions and are always up front about procedures and costs. I've been seeing them for nearly a decade and never had a bad experience.

We saw Dr. Coco for 23 years, he took care of both kids from their first dentist appointment and he was always patient and kind. I would recommend Dr. Coco and his staff! They always do a good job and he always is reasonable.

I have been going to Dr.Coco since the 1990's. He and his staff are great and always make my visits as pleasant as possible. I have peridontal gum disease and he has done an outstanding job helping me keep my teeth. He fitted me for an upper partial, which I was so skeptical of, it and it fits so well no adhesive is required at all ! Can even chew gum again. Thank you Dr.Coco for all you do. All of his staff are really nice and compassinate and very experienced. Highly recommend.

Dr. Coco and his staff are very friendly and do good work. I started seeing Dr. Coco for routine cleanings/check-ups when I moved to Greenville as an ECU student. Always very easy to schedule appointments and felt like I was receiving good dental service throughout my time at ECU. Highly recommend Dr. Coco's office to everyone, especially students because they are so easy to deal with.
