Dr. Cochran has a tremendous appreciation for his community and is excited to expand his involvement as a Leesburg dentist with the opening of Cochran Family Dental for local residents and the surrounding communities of Purcellville and Ashburn. Whether it is volunteering on a career day at a school or for Convoy of Hope or coaching youth sports Dr. Cochran loves his community and looks forward to enhancing the lives and smiles of those around him.
My family and I relocated to Virginia from Texas and I joined Cochran Family Dental in April 2018. I am grateful to be a part of Dr. Cochrans team and take pride in providing the best possible quality of care to our patients. I bring over 30 years experience as a dental professional, starting out first as an active duty military dental assistant. I received my Dental Hygiene degree from Northern Virginia Community College and local anesthesia certification from Old Dominion University.
I am a 2013 graduate from Allegany College of Maryland with an Associates degree in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene. Before coming to Cochran Family Dental, I was a temp and have experience working in private practices all over northeastern Virginia and West Virginia. I officially joined Cochran Family Dental in January 2018. I absolutely love getting to know my patients and helping them feel comfortable coming to get their teeth cleaned.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Brian, for nine years. Together we have two handsome boys, Landon and Barrett. We are also expecting our third son in January 2019. I enjoy spending time with my family, whether its at a baseball field, a lazy weekend at home or kayaking on the South Branch of the Potomac River.
My career as a dental hygienist started over 34 years ago. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career are the patient relationships that are formed over the years.
Cochran Family Dental opened 4 years ago and I have been by Dr. Cochrans side from the beginning. First as his dental hygienist and now as the office manager. From time to time you may see me in room 2 treating a hygiene patient since this has been my first love.
I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren, and Im raising my oldest grandson. When Im not in the office, I can be found at the ball field, hiking or selling popcorn with the Cub Scouts, behind the wheel teaching my youngest daughter to drive or redecorating my house.

I've been a patient for years and would encourage anyone and everyone to visit Cochran Family Dental! Bethanne, the office manager, is a real professional! She keeps everything organized and is always waiting with a smile. Tami, Hygenist, and Breanna, Dr. Cochran's Dental Assialstant, are both amazing! My teeth always feel healthier and cleaner when I leave, and I always know the job's done right. Dr. Cochran is personable, professional and very knowledgable. He has the tools and knowledge to get the job done excellently, focuses on what you need, and delivers on what you want. They're great people and are awesome at what they do! Go meet them!

I love going to Dr. Cochran's! Everyone in the office are so kind and the atmosphere is calming. The best part about Dr. Cochran is he is conservative with his treatment. I feel like he treats me like he would treat family and does what is right and best.

If it is possible to be treated like royalty at a dental office, Cochran Family Dental is it. Their office is pleasantly decorated and comfortable. The treatments are always on time and painless which suits me just fine. A great big thumbs from novadave for this practice.

While on vacation in the Leesburg area, I developed significant pain in one tooth. I called and they got me in later that day. De Cochran could not have been nicer or more professional. He made an accurate diagnosis, and performed a root canal procedure all in one visit. This was absolutely fabulous service, especially two days prior to Christmas! I truly appreciate Dr Cochran, and all of his wonderful staff members!

I have been coming here for a few years and have always found Dr. Cochran to be an excellent provider, friendly and compassionate, as is his staff. Bethann was my hygienist several times for years and when she switched things up at the office she recommended that I see Tammy, as they did things in a similar manner. It was a great call... Tammy is awesome as well. Everyone in that office strives to make things as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
