Its a trap. This Dentist and his assistant tried to pull a fast one on me. They tried to charge me $40 for nothing. I got my money back because I confronted the dentist. He also said I needed a root canal and said it was going to be a lot of money but I had a bad feeling about it and went to get a second opinion and guess what? Dr. Chen lied! I do not need a root canal. He just wanted my money. This place deserves 0 stars.

I called to ask a simple question about the price of an xray the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and before I could ask another question he hung up on me in the middle of me talking, I will NEVR go here. I will take my business elsewhere with true professionals who know how to talk to customers...

I'm not sure why the reviews are all so negative. I nearly cancelled my appointment after seeing the reviews but I'm sure glad I didn't. The office staff was really friendly and the wait time was no longer than at any other medical office. My x-rays and cleaning were done in less than 20 minutes; I've waited longer for a burger in life. The building is older and the equipment could use some updating but overall I had a positive experience and will be returning in 6 months.

First receptionist needed a smoke break. Then, before being taken back for xrays dental assistant needed a smoke break. But they were both friendly. Dentist never actually looked in my mouth just looked at xrays. When appointment was made they informed me I would be able to get a filling and cleaning that day. Received neither. Than was told I needed a root canal that is not covered by my insurance; would need to pay $500.00. Call insurance they state that I am covered for most dental procedures. Seemed like they were trying to get over on me being a previous dentist stated I only needed a filling after x-ray and visual observation. I do not trust office to perform anything on me. I do not recommend.8

A friend of mine went there today to replace a tooth, they pulled every one of his teeth on the first visit. Now he is in Brandywine hospital! Damn near bled to death. I would be on the phone with my lawyer. In order to post I had to give them a star.

My mouth is still num for the past 7 years from when he used a spring loaded anesthetic to numb me with the whole left side of my lower jaw is tingly my girlfriend at the time still works there she takes the cash payments from customers marks paid on the invoice then pockets the rest of the cash to supply her drug and shopping habits ,dental picks are never cleaned or stearlized dental boards been there numourous times supposedly he is being watched for a year if he messes up they are to close him down wouldn't recommend him to anybody he's a thief and so is his secretary staff

NO STARS!!! I had state insurance, and thought I had no other choice but to go here! Run, I wish I listened to the other people who wrote a review. The doctor did not listen to me at all. I had dentures made here, and I tried telling him I did not like them, they did not look like my teeth, they look like horse teeth. From the time he took these horrible impressions to the wax try in it was all wrong. I now how this horrible denture that looks nothing like my smile. I look like I have these big huge teeth and my teeth were naturally on the small side. The dentist said it's okay come back for an adjustment. No adjustment is going to make this look good or normal. I went to another dentist and she says it's because of the impression he took was not good, which caused it all to go bad. I tried telling the dentist this, but he does not listen or even care for that matter. Just because you know how to do dentistry does not mean you should do dentistry. I am contacting the ADA and hopefully other people on here will too to officially get his guys license suspended for good this time.

The office is filthy!! Run do not walk and go somewhere else!! If you think you cannot go anywhere else try a dental school. There are also some clinics around. One in Coatesville and one in West Chester. I have been in a lot of dental offices and this is by far the worst I have ever seen!! He should be shut down!! If you go be sure the person working on you has the proper license. The cleaning should be done by an hygienist who has a hygiene license!

So I went yesterday to get a filling replaced and the staff had to text the dentist to come in. The dental assistant was sleeping in the waiting area when I arrived and I signed in. The front desk staff was ok. Well when the dentist came in sweating profusely, he immediately started yelling at the dental assistant for my xrays and boy oh boy when he started to work on my mouth he put a needle in and walked away saying the machine will numb me then he told me to act like I was dead. Finally he took it out then when he started to drill the cavity out he accidentally moved the drill which shave some of the good part of my tooth off. I will never go back. He tried to.play his behavior off as having a sense of humor. If you already have fears about the dentist like I do and your use to professionalism dont go here.
