Not professional with billing practice. We had a treatment plan, cost apparently ended up being over $600 more which they didn't tell us until 6 months later. Tried to touch base with office to resolve with no response. Over a year later and I finally got to speak with the billing and insurance lady who was also not very helpful. Will be bringing my children some where else.

Had an appointment at 8:30, got there and was at the door at 8:28. They we're supposed to be opened at 8. As I was pulling in, I saw a woman in maroon scrubs walking towards the back. Door was locked and lights were off. Waited for 20 minutes in the cold, at the door and called twice. No answer on the phone, left 2 messages! Google and the phone system both stated that their opening time was 8AM. It was supposed to be our first appointment and I had printed out all the paperwork to save some time and it's really hilarious that they have a super strict late policy yet they can't even open their doors or communicate with their customers.

Hands down best dentist office!! Both my children go here and they love it friendly staff, my oldest hated his old dentist office but now he has no problem !!! They answer all the necessary questions for the parents and listen to what's needed!!!

Great staff, they are wonderful with my 6 year old who is autistic and non verbal. They are wonderful with all ages of kiddos mine are between 1 and 12. Love the fact that Dr. Lauren introduces herself to the kids and tells them what she will be doing.
