Dr. Viola and her staff are very alert and professional. The way they were able to execute all steps of my wisdom teeth procedure in under an hour, remain comforting, and professional was very amazing to see. Moreover, I do believe in Dr. Viola and her staffs abilities. There is no doubt they knew what they were doing from start to finish, and they did their best to comfort me with the time they had. They also explained everything very clearly, also at my consult weeks ago! I could not be more grateful to them. Thank you! My only complaints about the procedure would be that I felt a little frustration from the doctor when my IV was being inserted because I have a phobia of needles (I get grossed out and nauseous every time). I did not pull my arm away or try to delay the process, but I couldn't keep it perfectly aligned for her to stick me 1,2, 3. She seemed frustrated by this very quickly, despite my efforts. It may only be because the amount of patients revolving in and out of the surgery though. The patients seem to appreciate Dr. Viola and the very kind staff (AS DO I), which is why there may be so many. So aside from the long wait time (40 minutes after my appt., and I came 20 minutes early) and the slight impatience in that tough moment for me, I genuinely think it would have been a 5-star experience. I would also just suggest having medication for surgical patients who got 4 wisdom teeth out, like me, to be readily available in the office post-surgery or readily available at pharmacies. My anesthesia wore off 20 minutes after waking up. I was in massive pain until my script was ready an hour in a half later.

Had an impacted wisdom tooth removed. Due to my age, I was concerned about my health and the care, since I have high blood pressure. The staff is kind and efficient. The facility is beautiful, clean and they have all the modern equipment. Dr. V was amazing and kind. I highly recommend!!!

I was extremely nervous to have my extraction today. There was NO reason for me to be afraid. Dr Winston and his team were compassionate and professional. The surgery was done in no time and painlessly. I highly recommend Coastal should you need oral surgery.

Absolutely amazing! I was a nervous wreck after my 6 year old daughter developed an abscess, They were able to get me in less than 3 hours of calling..from the moment I walked in we were greeted by friendly staff, Dr Viola and her nurses was so nice and explained everything to me and made me and my daughter comfortable! My daughters extraction was so fast! I couldn't believe it! Thank you to everyone at Coastal Oral Surgery for making this mom at ease and making our visit so pleasant!

The staff was extremely nice and competent. They made me feel very relaxed and answered any questions I had. One of the best dental experiences I ever had and I hate going to the dentist. I would highly recommend using them for a dental procedure.

Super kind and professional staff. Took time to answer all of my questions. Continuously asked if I was ok during the procedure. Highly recommend this office. Minimal time spent in the waiting area so that's a plus too!

The entire office staff was so sweet & professional. Office was clean. I have serious anxiety when it comes to any dental procedure. Everyone was calm, no judgement was felt, and they were all so understanding. I decided to be sedated for my procedure..Dr. Viola was hands down -amazing. They even called me a few hours later to check in on me. From the consultation, to the procedure, & recovery at home-great experience! I will absolutely recommend Coastal Oral Surgery & Dr. Viola to anyone in need.

I had a small procedure done on my bottom lip. As it was being done, the doctor told me exactly what was going on and what to expect. I had confidence in him and the two assistants that were with him. Great job team!
