Dr. D and his staff are true professionals. I had two extractions three hours ago. Novacaine has worn off, no pain, no swelling, no bleeding.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Winston and his staff. Special kudos to Janet, Dr. Winston's assistant. Office is very clean, and the staff is very efficient. Dr. Winston was very kind and patient answering all my detailed questions. Very professional office with several locations. Although I am a chipmunk face right now, I suspect that I will be back to normal in no time. Thank you Coastal Oral Surgery for being so nice to me, and for taking such good care of me.

I had four impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed and the staff here made it as relaxing as taking a walk in the park. Everyone here is friendly, courteous, and professional. They detailed how the surgery was going to be performed and what to expect in the healing process. I can't think of a single negative experience I had here. Definitely would recommend Coastal Oral Surgery to anyone who needs wisdom teeth extractions.

I have been to coastal on three occasions now. The doctors are very informative, patient and thorough I have been to two locations and have had a great experience every time. I've been a patient and my children have been patients They call to see how you are doing and are very accommodating Excellent care. Nurses were fabulous, right down to even billing No surprises and they were clear of cost and my responsibility, knew insurance info Just a great experience all around. Thank you

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Solimon! I went to him for a second opinion...unlike the first doctor I saw Dr Solimon was confident he could extract my wisdom tooth without any complications. I was extremely anxious & him and his staff eased my mind and made me feel very comfortable. The whole process took about 10'seconds. I did not feel any pain what so ever. After the procedure I was not in any pain or discomfort. I did not need to take any pain meds or over the counter pain meds at all! Dr Solimon was extremely gentle!! Will recommend this guy to everyone.

Awful experience from the start. If I could give negative stars I would. 2 months later I am still suffering from the awful care and treatment. I'm not sure why I was given the worst doctors an nurses when everyone else seems to have had a good experience. Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and was automatically given attitude from the receptionist. Did the consultation and it was decent, just the dr. was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. A week later I went in for my wisdom teeth surgery and it was the worst experience of my life. Not even trying to be dramatic. It was so bad that as soon as I was able to focus an text I told my friends (who wanted to know my experience an if they should use this place) to find somewhere else to get the surgery done. To start, every person in the room was super unprofessional, rude and straight up mean. The one nurse (younger with brown hair) seemed to have no idea what she was doing. The other nurse that seemed to be in charge (tall, blonde older women maybe in her 50s) was extremely unprofessional and rude. This women was so awful to me that I cried in the chair. She didn't care at all, she rolled her eyes an continued. The whole time they were throwing wires across me, around me and being aggressive. The older blonde nurse shoved this thing in my mouth as I was crying an getting scared because of the needle and kept pulling my head back in the chair. In the corner there was this skinny guy an this short lady that just watched the whole time, it was very weird and uncomfortable. The doctor was also aggressive an rude during all this. I told him that my right arm is usually used for needles but he ignored me an kept sticking it in various places in my left arm which led to bruising an soreness for days after. It was literally a nightmare for those few minutes before I finally fell asleep. Needless to say, not one of those people know bedside manner or just manners in general. Literally their behavior was disgusting. When I woke up I was scared and confused and the blonde older nurse was mean an kept telling me to stop asking questions and then they finally brought me over to my mother. They didn't even give me ice to start helping with the swelling. I felt like this older blonde nurse wanted me to be swollen and in pain. (Which I am not sure how long they were done before I woke up but I should've woken up with ice on my face to start helping with the swelling process) My mom had to ask a few times before we were given a small little thing of ice, which was useless after 5 minutes. Before we left, the doctor gave little to no instruction to my mother an left us confused and with questions. When I went back to school a week later, I called the office because I had questions and was worried about my mouth (I was away from home and had to take care of myself, so of course I was worried an scared) and everyone who talked to me on the phone was rude and didn't want to help at all. Most of the time when they told me they would call back with answers, they never did. The one time I called they had put me on the phone with the older blonde nurse who was an assistant during the surgery and she was so rude an unhelpful that I went to the urgent care by my school and they gave me better help an answers then any of these people did. When I came home from school for a checkup and I went with my dad everyone was kind, even the doctor. Which when we left my father had said he knew their attitudes had changed because he was with me. Which was true because every encounter I have had with these people had been awful. There's no other way to describe their attitudes an behavior other than disgusting, rude and awful. Now fast forward 2 months later. The left side of my face is still swollen and in pain. So thank you Coastal Oral Surgery for an extremely awful experience and for the permanent swelling and pain in my face. Do not use them

I had a very old, silver filled wisdom tooth pulled by Dr Winston. He was very informative as to the steps he was taking. Dr along with the staff were all very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend if you need oral surgery.
