Dr Clayton is a great Surgeon and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would suggest anybody that needs Oral surgery to schedule an appointment with them.

I went to this facility to have a tooth extraction and implant. The staff is extremely and sincerely awesome. Dr. Clayton and his staff are the best. If you need extractions or implants, then I would highly recommend them. Great Job to the whole staff for treating me so warmly and making this experience a pleasurable one.

They just removed 4 wisdom teeth earlier today and everything went pretty great, all things considered!! Quick, professional, and over great experience. I have never had any type of surgery done but if I do ever need any other dental surgery, they are ones. Dr. Clayton and his crew are awesome. Thank you.

Dr. Clayton is absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff. I was in yesterday (11/25 ) for an extraction and got a courtesy call from his office today just to see how I was doing. Professional and caring.

They did good I would go again Dr Clayton is very straightforward .. although I wish he were a bit more friendlier.. there was one staff member that acted as if she didnt want to be there she wasn't very friendly and acted like she hated her job and she was kinda rude but over all i can look past all of that and still give 5 stard

The staff is very friendly and professional. They accommodate you and make sure you understand everything that is going on with the service that you need. Dr.Clayton is amazing my surgery went very well and I was home resting before I knew it. They also give you a call the day after to check on me and they send me home with a pack of gauze that was more than enough and in little pain. Best oral surgeon!

I like this clinic and their staff but being I had a rather concerning possible emergency. I called. On google it says hours varies. I was directed to their call center and tried to explain my situation about a possible dry socket. She didn't seem to care she stated it was memorial day that's why their office is closed and that it would have to be a surgery from a couple of days ago not last week. I wasn't transferred to an on call doctor to see if i could get seen soon this week and to find out if my extraction should be healing this way. She literally wouldn't listen my questions. She said it's not her decision it was the doctors i don't make the rules i'm just a call center. Why would this call center even answer calls for a clinic if they can not help them when an emergency comes up regardless of holiday and she still refused to transferred me when i started to question it. Then she hung up didn't even apologize or say good bye she said she didn't want to argue with me. Sorry what i was pointing out wasn't an argument for one all it was legit questions that basically any place could answer instead of just out of nowhere hanging up on a patient who needed help.

Recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and bone grafting done. The staff was amazing, very comforting, and reassuring. Dr. Clayton was very to the point. He did a wonderful job. Very effective and highly skilled.

The whole staff is very nice and informative. they also sent me home with ice cream after getting my wisdom teeth removed, so that's always a bonus!

I had to have a procedure done on 1/11/19 was very anxious. The staff made the experience such a pleasant one and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. What wait time? I was seen as soon as I came in the door. He did an excellent job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Diana at the front desk has HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Made the appt with yesterday with her which was Great that they had a cancellation for the next day at 3:30 she said she saw that the insurance info was still in the computer from Nov. when I came in (Loved Dr Clayton he was very nice to the point and told me what needed to be done) I hate the dentist so I procrastinated until I started having problems again which was this week. When I got to the office to check in at 3:15 she said have a seat and she would call me up when she was ready for me. She called me up and said my insurance was messed up and I needed to get it fixed before being seen so I asked why didn't you call me yesterday as I called at 9am for an appt so she had all day yesterday and all day today however she waited for me to get there. She responded by saying I tried to call the number on file which was verified yesterday when I made the appt and I said I have no missed calls or messages from you. Again argued with me about calling then wanted to argue about the insurance coverage which I proved I had coverage. I then said I'll just pay cash because Im in so much pain and I'll just let the insurance company reimburse me back she then said well we can't do it today cause now your appt time is over at this point it's 4pm so I said what about tomorrow she replied we don't have any appts for tomorrow either so this lady Diana refused to accept my cash payment for 2 teeth to be pulled as a self pay would have probably been about $300-$500 I'm totally guessing the price. If this lady continues to refuse business this dental office will unfortunately go under and this is very sad cause Dr Clayton is a great dentist

Yesterday 05/23/2019 I had oral surgery. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, the two at the bottom were impacted, a baby tooth removed that was growing up under my adult tooth and an impacted tooth removed from my palate! From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable because my anxiety was out of the roof! I was put to sleep and when I woke up, I'm going to admit, I was uncomfortable but not in excruciating pain. Dr. Clayton even sent me home with ice cream This has had to have been the best service I have ever experienced since going to the dentist as a little girl and as long as we're stationed here I will be recommending everyone to Dr. Clayton and his amazing staff!
