The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughters well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.
The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. They take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

Overall the experience was good except for the fact that the children weren't seen until about 15 minutes after their appointment time and we arrived early.

The staff is always so great here. Even the staff at the Moncks Corner location. All of my kids have been going to this dentist since the age of one years old. They enjoy the visits at the dentist everytime.

We had an awesome time at Coastal Kids! The staff were so friendly and easy going. They had us in-and-out quickly which I really appreciated. His hygienist Nicole and Dr. John were both pros at dealing with a squirmy and curious 4yo boy. My son has been asking to go back since we left!

My children have been patients with this facility since their very first dental appt as infants, so approximately 7yrs for my son. It's always been a pleasure dealing with them up until last month or so. My son was discriminated upon due to his insurance. He's always had the same state Medicaid since he's started care with this Practice. Recently he was denied treatment at the Carnes location, then referred to WA! Upon our visit at WA, he was also denied full treatment for no valid reason, actually they did half the work or less, and blew me off. Their office "manager" Stephanie, oh boy is quite the "gem". She lacks empathy, respect, and overall customer service to be a front line for patients and their parents she actually sucks! Absolutely no regard for the true care of patients. I was refused the opportunity to report her and the name of her direct leadership. I was mocked and ultimately not even helped. Please save yourself the headache and find your child a dentist elsewhere, one who will possess integrity, respect, compassion and concern as if the patient/child was their own!

Friendly and skilled staff, clean facility and scheduling was a breeze. It was a 10/10 experience for both my boys aged 7 and 2. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great experience at Coastal Kids dental and braces today. I brought my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time (please don't judge) but the staff was absolutely fantastic. Louis was our technician who gave my daughter her cleaning. He was so gentle, informative, and interactive with her! The dentist was amazing too, very patient with my LO. Lastly, the front desk staff was great and helped us with our paperwork. Everyone was super professional and I can't wait to see them again for years to come.

Our first experience was a positive one. When working with children, one should consider a child like mine, who was terrified. Perhaps that is why you might experience wait times. I appreciate they took their time and answered all those curious childlike questions. We don't mind that our appointment was automatically scheduled six months from now because I would have forgotten, but instead, I can always reschedule if the time does not work for us. Booking ahead helps run a more efficient practice and to help meet the demand. We're looking forward to our next appointment with a hopefully less frightened patient now that it was a positive experience.
