The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughters well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.
The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. They take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

This was my 18m old first time to the dentist and they were phenomenal! They were so kind and so patient. When I hd to take my other child to get X-rays they sat and played with him and kept him company. Highly recommend!

Wonderful first time experience for my two grand babies They were very nervous but the staff was wonderful ,patient and so very sweet with them !!!!Took time to answer all of my concerns and listened to the kids rambling from start to finish .Definitely will keep going as they grow .

I had issues with my insurance and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. They made my very nervous son very comfortable getting his two cavities filled. He left with a smile!

The dental techs were awesome with both of my daughters. They were so polite and professional. But alas it never fails that something would not go in my favor. And that is being forced to wear a mask. Wearing a mask should be ones own individual choice. When you make it mandatory, you're telling me who cares about my own free will choice. The receptionist couldve been a little more polite about it. Prior to them moving locations, we NEVER had to wear masks during the pandemic. So we will not be back. UPDATE: I didn't realize I already left a review of this place with three stars! Well thats been down graded to 1. My daughter actually was discovered to have had an abcess. Her and her sisters appt was 10 September and since then the doctor HAS NOT called back to discuss my youngest daughter's treatment and possible tooth removal surgery. It was bad enough that while we were there we waited over an HOUR to be seen by him again. He never showed back up! But instead we walked out and afterwards he called us! They will not be able to get her into surgery until 17 November!!! Thats how overcrowded this state is and booked solid. So she she has to deal with an infection in her mouth for another 2 whole months. They gave her a prescription of amoxicillan and now its been weeks since theyve called back to approve of her a refill. 1 of the techs was unsanitary and rude by touching a computer screen then touching my oldest daughter's mouth. We're done with any of these locations of coastal pediatric and will search for another child dentist that can provide the best service possible!

Love Coastal Kids dentistry!! I called early morning and they got us in that afternoon. The staff is so friendly and good with the kids!! They love going there! Shout Out to The team at Benton Lodge office!!

They are so very nice and just all around care about the kids and you. I was in there for my sons to be seen and had my 7 month old nephew with me and they could do his cleaning as well lol. They where just amazing,

First off this establishment is very clean. Everyone was so polite and friendly. This was my Childrens first time there and we will be back. The dentist spoke to me not around me about my children's teeth. I love how they have tvs above where the kids get their dental work done. Thank you Costal Kids for not disappointing me or my children!
