The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughters well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.
The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. They take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

I've had my teeth cleaned before and it usually has a sparkle afterwards. My daughter's cleaning was done in about 10 minutes and there was barely and difference afterwards. I wasn't impressed at all

I brought daughter in for what I thought were routine fillings and Dr. Danielle Christine Detwiler pulled my baby's tooth without my consent. She acted as if my baby screaming in pain was an inconvenience to her. I tried to stop it when i saw the look of terror in my poor baby's face and realized what the dentist was doing but it was too late. I told her I never would have let her pull the tooth in that fashion had I known what she was doing. Dr. Detwiler had no emotional reaction or remorse only excuses. I will never return to this practice or any establishment that chooses to hire this sadistic dentist. Danielle is an awful human being and I cannot imagine how she could subject any child to such brutal treatment and feel nothing. My daughter and I will be forever traumatized by what happened there today. I cried for several hours because I failed my daughter by letting Dr. Detwiler treat her. I am in the process of filling a formal complaint against her dental license with the state and seeing a lawyer. I do not want any child to have to experience what my daughter went through. It felt like a scene straight out of Little Shop of Horrors. She needs to be held accountable for her actions.

Overall experience was good. This was my sons first dental visit so I wanted it to be smooth and as easy as possible. It took about a hour to actually be taken to the back however once I saw Dr. Martin bouncing from kid to kid I completely understood the wait. My son loved Dr. Martin and as a mom I'm excited to build a positive relationship with his dental health. Thanks ladies

I was very pleased with the prompt service! My son is 1 years old and he was handled with such awareness for his age and activeness. The only thing was the establishment is meant for kids I would say 7+ years old there wasn't much to keep the younger kids attention however they moved quick and friendly so it evened out. Would recommend.

We had a pretty fair dental visit with my son. The receptionists at the office were amazing coming in and out of the office, the dental assistants were also super nice and we're also understanding when I was explaining that my son had a developmental delay so they could make accommodations for him. However, towards the end of our visit when it was time for the dentist to go over the tooth report I felt as if she was asking me basically the same thing in different phrases which made me feel like she didn't believe what I was saying. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected as a parent as if I was lying about what I had to say. Overall it was good, but it made our visit unpleasant.

Great location and great staff EXCEPT THE DOCTOR. The wait was RIDICULOUS over two hour wait to get my children seen by the doctor. It seemed she didn't even want to see us. This is our first visit and it went terrible. I left the other dental office for a reason. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have ALL DAY to wait to get seen. Doctor didn't really care to see us even though we were in the back for almost two hours. The back was full of people and I'm sure everyone was frustrated. Never coming back and DON'T recommend to go to this office.
