The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughters well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.
The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. They take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

EDIT: TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They have been incredibly over booked lately causing time delays. Additionally, my kids missed school needlessly because of insurance issues. Waited in the office for 45 minutes just for them to reschedule us; wouldn't see the kids unless we paid hundreds of dollars up front while insurance was pending. Would have been fine to pay up front if it hadn't wasted 45 minutes. Scheduling options require that your kids miss school as they don't do after 4PM appointments or weekends for cleanings. OLD REVIEW: Very friendly, they remember names, fast, and can book appointment slot for all of your kiddos at once.

Our dental hygienist was amazing. She had a smile on her face from the time my son sat in her chair until our appointment was over. She was funny and welcoming. She took her time and even made my son smile telling him he was super special because they shared the same birthday. After leaving my son expressed how pleased he was and that he wouldn't mind having the hygienist clean his teeth again.

Service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and patient. Best experience we have had at a dental office with our children. They were also able to fit us in on short notice which was great as our 5YO has been experiencing tooth pain. CONS: Parking is tight. Lots of doors to enter the building. Would like to suggest a welcome sign or sticker on the door to identify entrance.

My girls are 10 and 7 year Olds, have been scared of the dentist for a few years but our first visit to Coastal Kids changed that. The staff was super nice and talked them through what was going to happen and showed them there was nothing to be afraid of.

My son had an appointment on 9/7 at 4:00. We arrived a little after 3. They called us right back and I was YAY! They started cleaning his teeth and she was super nice! My son had no issues. The ONLY issue I had is I waited so long for the dentist to come check him out. I know we waited a good 30 minutes if not longer for him to come over. I'm not sure what the hold up was for. I was there over an hour in total. I never had to wait for a dentist this long. My son has been going to Coastal Kids since his first ever little teeth appointment. The staff has always been amazing. This is the first time I had any negative feelings. I do not want to be scheduled on the day he is there...

As always our experience Coastal kids dental is Moncks corner was amazing. The staff really shows how much they care about out childrens well being even after we leave. A staff member called to check on my son after he had his cavities filled today. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

It was friendly and fast from the time we walked in I have a 4yr old with autism and they were patient with his screaming and squirming my two year old this was her first visit so to say the most it went well we even found treasure in my older kids mouth first visit and they feel like family already love it

The only negative thing was we arrived early for our appointment, but our insurance had not been verified yet so we had to wait and were the last patients called back. I'm not sure why it wasn't verified before our arrival, especially since the appointment wasn't until 1. Great experience otherwise.

The experience here was amazing! The staff was so kind and friendly. They made sure not only was I comfortable but my child was as well. They made her first experience was a great one!
