The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughters well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.
The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. They take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

Dr. Jill Broughton was great! She was extremely patient with my child but her assistant wasn't front desk staff at check in was rude. Unfortunately my child was having pain and I was told she couldn't be seen at surgery center for procedure until December and would be added to cancellation list that sucked! Dr. Broughton was great in communicating with surgery center in Hannahan to try to get sooner appointment.

Today my three kids had their first appointment at the Dorchester location, and they absolutely loved it. The doctor was very nice, and she communicated with the kids very well. The hygienists also were very sweet to my children. They took their time, and the kids were very pleased after the visit. One of my kids will need to follow up with orthodontics which is awesome is inside the same location. I also loved that they send you all your forms by email and you fill out everything online, by the time I got there all I had to do is check in. Looks very organize. Very pleased with the visit and care.

We always love our visits at Coastal! They always accommodate our three small children at the same time. They're always super friendly, super kind and give amazing compliments throughout the entire visit to our kids. Our kids actually look forward to dentist visits, which I never thought would be a thing. We plan on going here until our kids are grown and gone!

The person working on my teeth today was working really roughly on scraping my teeth and now I have a slight headache from it. It also seemed as if she wasn't really as focused since she was talking to her coworker. It wasn't really the best experience as it has been previously.

This is a bad reality. Accounting personnel charge you more if you are not paying attention, they steal from you. When you pay in cash, I don't want to imagine how they raban Mediquet, the doctor is a sweetheart, she is very good and kind to the patients, but the staff is racist and very bad at math, they play with your time

Always a great experience for my kiddo. Even when he had a cavity to be filled Coastal Kids made him feel very comfortable and not scared. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They literally got my child mixed up with another kids and told us we had no appointment. They pulled out the wrong information and my son was still not seen .I expect you guys to know what you are doing.
