Had our initial appt. With the orthodontist and it went well. The office is in a bright , new building which is always refreshing. The dental coordinator was very nice and helpful. She explained things where it was easy to understand. The orthodontist was great very nice and she also explained the procedure and all possible options. Very knowledgeable and we left feeling informed and ready to aggressively start treatment. Thanks for a great experience !!

The staff was super friendly. Went in for initial consultation and ended up back the same day having my daughters braces put on. The assistant and Orthodontist worked together so well and had us on our way in no time at all. My daughter is so happy and looking forward to a perfect smile -Thank you

Things have definitely changed during this COVID outbreak. With that being said, we arrived before our appointment time and were instructed (by a sign) to text the number and inform them of arrival while waiting in your car. Once we were allowed in, they immediately took my daughter back for images and, not long after, called me back for our consult. Everyone in this office is so friendly and even listened and interacted with my toddler (who had to be the center of attention). Even though it was a consultation, they offered to do her braces that day or they would give you time to think on it and schedule another appointment. My daughter was ready to get it over with so we had them put on that day while I opted to wait in the car with my toddler. My daughter and the assistant (not 100% of her job title) came out after about 30 minutes and it was once again explained to me so that I understood what was expected to be done in the care of braces. I, myself, have never had braces so this was a first for me. They explained it to my 13 year old daughter before they brought her out and then repeated it to me, while standing in the hot sun. I have always loved this facility but they have made me and my daughter ecstatic to have chosen this practice for her dental needs.

Great experience! Easy to set up a payment plan, and the Doctor was wonderful to work with at the Carens Crossroads Myers Road office. Kristina was very helpful... She was sweet and funny and helped my daughter make the best decision for her two year plan.
