Very professional office. Carol was excellent in helping me get seen fast with a need for a root canal. Melissa was very nice on check in and Bobbie did a great job assisting the Doctor. Would recommend to anyone needing work done.

I went here for a retreatment on a previous root canal and my experience was excellent. I was in some serious pain and my blood pressure was through the roof the staff was able to schedule sooner than expected. I was at my worst and they treated me so nice. The doctor was outstanding, the assistant was so sweet and patient we need more people in the world like them. From the advanced technology to the professionalism you will not leave disappointed. Thank you so much!!

Josh reached out a week prior to my appointment and ensured I had everything needed. I only waited about five minutes once my paperwork was complete. After I met the staff I was no longer nervous about getting a root canal and Jutla was very helpful and pleasant the entire time. The procedure was painless and I was well informed throughout. On checkout Carol made sure I had everything I needed for my dentist to continue with a permanent crown. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Lindsey and Tina were great. Went in with pain yesterday and today I'm feeling great. Dr Lindsey was very informative and explained what she saw when viewing the x-rays. That made it easier for me to decide on what I wanted to do. Everyone that I encountered while there were very professional and friendly.

The team at Richmond Hill is great! The sign says "comfortable root canals" and that was my exact experience. Checking in with Melissa was very easy, and the dental assistant Tina made sure that everything was clearly explained before we started. They made sure I was relaxed with a blanket and Dr. Ferreira answered my questions prior to and during the work. I didn't feel any pain and in fact may have fallen asleep during the root canal, I was so comfortable. Josh made checking out a quick process at the end. While I'm looking forward to hopefully never having to return, I highly recommend Coastal Endo to the next person needing a root canal.

Let me start off by saying I don't trust any dentist except for the one that's been taking care of me all my life back in Houston, but as a graduate student going to a school on the other side of the country, I had to take a chance since my tooth was in bad condition and getting worse by the day. This was the only place I called that would even see me within a few days of the call, and do the procedure the same day (the best anywhere else could do was months down the line....). It's like they're the only ones that understood the sense of urgency one has when their tooth is in need of a root canal procedure. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this would be a great experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Ferreira and his dental assistant JoJo were the ones that worked on my tooth. They explained the Xray, what they were going to do, and kept me updated on what they were doing throughout the entire procedure. Jojo was great, such a warm and bubbly personality. With how scary any tooth procedure can be, she made sure I was at ease the whole time. Dr. Ferreira was also great. His demeanor really puts you at ease, and he did a masterful job. I love the fact that he kept me informed throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was coming. I haven't even needed to use the pain meds he prescribed me, my tooth feels 1000x better. As someone who hasn't been able to eat a single pain free meal or even gone a single day without tooth pain since mid May, I can't describe how thankful I am. The entire experience was amazing. I'd HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs it. From the front desk women Melissa and Carol, to Dr. Ferreira and Jojo, to the checkout coordinator Candy, everyone was so incredible and I can't thank you all enough. My only regret is that I'll move back to Houston after i graduate. Thank you!

It's hard to say anything good about getting a root canal, but this place was truly great. I have been cursed with bad teeth and been to many dentists and had a few root canals in the past, but this was the best! Dr. Ferreria did a great job and it wasn't too painful. The dental assistant Jutta was also great and put me at ease. The office was also super clean and lovely and had a spa like atmosphere. I hope I never have to go back!

Another year and more roothcanals. I am just so thankful for the painless treatments that Dr. Ferreira provided me. Dental assistant JoJo is like sunshine with wonderful personality. She make sure you are comfortable and relaxed for the procedure. Thank you to all Richmond Hill staff! Thank you Dr Lea and the Richmond Hill staffers (Delaney, JoJo, Josh) for an outstanding customer service. Thank you Dr Lea for your soothing and comforting words during my root canal, and Assistant JoJo for making me feel comfortable and being very attentive to my pain. Thank you all for caring and contacting me next day to see if I'm doing ok. Truly family-friendly atmosphere company.

AMAZING facility, staff, care, and even music!! This team goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable procedure. The advanced technology along with each staff member wanting you to have the best care and to not leave with any questions - this is the place to go!!!!! Josh up front greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my documents were in order and I was in line for my appointment, Jutta and Dr. Lea went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, they listened to me thoroughly and explained every step of the procedure to me thoroughly! They took their time, as if I was their only patient, checked in several times, and I even learned Spanish while there :). Danielle checked me out and made sure that I did not have any questions and understood my insurance and payments. I have nothing but good to speak of this office and I am so very thankful that my dentist referred me to their practice!! If you are thinking of going to this practice - do not think, just go!!!! Thank you Coastal Endodontics for your Excellent care!!!

Good experience from scheduling to checking in with Nicole to checking out with Danielle. The whole staff was really one of the nicest I've come into contact with. Dr. Lee was great and did a wonderful job. My dental assistant JoJo was so friendly and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Professional dental practice with superior staff. I was greeted by Josh's warm smile and pleasant demeanor to get my paperwork done and Juha brought me back for my exam and seemed genuinely happy to see me. She was so pleasant and kind and immediately put me at ease. I was impressed with the practice high-tech equipment they used for evaluation. Dr. Ferreira performed a quick and painless root canal which ended an extremely pleasant visit. I highly recommend this practice

Happy about a root canal, not so much, but I needed one and I'm glad I went to the right place. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and comforting. Delaney greeted me at check in and made sure I had all my paperwork. Then I meet JoJo and immediately felt like I was home. She took care of me as she assisted Dr Kim before, during, and after the root canal. Dr Kim explained everything, was terrific, and did a great job performing my root canal, on tooth #15... JoJo stayed with me explaining everything I needed to know about post -op. Danielle explained the billing and was very efficient, and like the whole staff, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Coastal Endodontics in Richmond Hill, GA! Merry Christmas to all, and to all , a good smile! George

Jutta (she is lovely and very caring) and Dr. Ferraira were absolutely amazing! They did a fabulous job. They got me in and done my root canal in about an hour. I didn't feel any discomfort. They explained the process to me and answered all my questions clearly. What a great team!!! I couldn't have asked for a better. Shout out to Delaney and Josh too. They were very easy and helpful.

I highly recommend Coastal Endodontics the second time around. Dr. Lea and his staff are awesome and wonderful as always!! When I checked in this morning, Danielle was very friendly and helpful with paperwork process. She made everything simple and easy. In addition, I finally met Juan in person after speaking to him on the phone on more than one occasion. He is excellent, outstanding and thorough. He has always been very helpful and he has always answered all of my questions. Also, Christa is fantastic and fabulous. She is very kind, friendly and very accommodating. She was patient with me and she took her time to help me with the x-ray process and during the root canal as well. In addition, Jojo is sweet, wonderful and funny. She has a great disposition. It was very nice of her to come and check on me when I saw her a few months ago. She knows how to make you laugh and make you feel comfortable too. Also, Delaney is friendly and outstanding too. She made the check out process very simple and easy and she let me press the daily affirmation button too. Furthermore, Dr. Lea is amazing and fantastic the second time around. He is thorough and efficient and he is well versed and up to date on all of his advanced technical equipment. He definitely keeps up with the latest technology available. Thank you so much for a great experience again.

Excellent care from the entire team. Starting with Josh at check-in; Jutta, the world's best dental assistant; Dr. Ferreira who was kind, gentle, professional, and efficient; and finishing up with Danielle who checked us out with expediency and professionalism. We drove an hour and a half to have Dr. Ferreira perform this procedure - a good decision all around.

Let me just say, that this was the most pleasant dental experience that I have ever had, and I had two root canals. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with a smile and courtesy. Ms. Delaney had all of my paperwork in order, even the VA paperwork. As I was lead back to the treatment area, Ms. Terri was very nice, and even accommodated my Service Dog. I really appreciated her concern over her exposure to the x-rays. The entire process was explained to me that I was going to be undergoing, and when I tell you that I didn't feel the needle, I didn't feel it. The computerized system that administers the numbing medication is absolutely wonderful. I felt absolutely nothing through out the process. Ms. Terri even gave me a blanket when I got too cold, on top of a warm cloth to help ease the muscle strain. All of my instructions for my post care was waiting for me along with some lip balm that has sunscreen by Ms. Danielle. They also called me a few days later just to check on me. That's 1st Class Service! I have already recommended them to people I know, and I have no problem going back to see them.
