Don't get me wrong the Doctor and staff are awesome. I got my top teeth removed on September 6 a week later the bottom done. A month late I went in for the mold. My appointment is this week only to check the mold made two weeks ago. I promise I am trying to be patient. Wearing a mask all day long even in the house. I know the one of the office staff members had a lost in the family. For this reason alone I understand because of their role. I just want this to be over because I already deal with depression along with some other issues. And this situation has put me in a bad place physically mentally and emotionally beyond anymore words. I just want to know all this waiting has an extremely positive outcome.

Met with Dr Davis, he says he will give me beautiful teeth. In the middle of my surgery his wife walks in barefoot and starts talking to him and the dental assistant about the weather. As I am leaving from surgery the dental assistant signaled that the wife was crazy and she doesn't understand why they're together. One week after surgery, every where dr. Davis used a needle, I had an ulcer. I was on penicillin so I figured this must be bad, as I've never had ulcers in my mouth especially after an extraction. I came in for a follow up. The dental assistant warns me Dr Davis is not happy I'm there and try not to let him upset me. I told Dr Davis about my issue and he says to the dental assistant "quick someone get my magic wand so that I can make everything perfect!" Then proceeded to say "I know you have always had a perfect life and you're not used to things not going your way, you've never had to live an adverse day in your life but this isn't the case." I stated to him that wasn't very nice and he can say what he wants about my teeth but don't say things that aren't true about my life. He said I was overemotional and he said "if you want to go ahead and get up now go ahead and leave" so I did, crying. I couldn't believe he'd be so mean. I was scheduled to have the mold for my top denture made and I called to confirm and the rude receptionist informed me he may not want to work with me that she had to speak to him first. I called my insurance asking them if he turns me away, what are my options? Next thing I know the receptionist calls me back and yells at me and tells me I am drama and gossip and that's how this all started to begin with. She said I am on Medicaid and don't have to pay out of pocket so I should just be happy with what I get. I hung up on her as I found a new dentist. Do not go here. Very outdated, not very sanitary inside, and Dr Davis and his team are all RUDE AS EVER.

The woman who answered the phone was very rude and nasty. She didn't want to here nothing I had to say and she said they would pull all my teeth out. What nonsense.

They only do full month extraction, dentures, and implants. Not partial dentures.

Stay Away, Far Away !! The place is filthy dirty. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional.. Third world service at best.. I would rather live in pain than reschedule another appointment.. Upon leaving I felt like I should go get a tetanus vaccination.. A truly Terrible experience.. They got one star because I was forced to give it to post... Formal complaint will be filed..

I've read all the reviews... I haven't had a problem at all with Dr. Davis or his staff?? They have been very friendly and understanding of my situation. I am only 27, getting my top teeth extracted and an upper denture put in.. Every dentist I have been to for help has judged me and tried to credit my poor dental health to drugs, which I don't use, and really hurt my feelings. Dr. Davis doesn't take time to say such things, he just goes in, sees what needs to be done, and gets it done. If you are polite and upfront with them, he is the same with you. As for those who state they have dental anxiety and were treated poorly because of it... Did you tell him you were scared? I did! And he gave me antianxiety meds before my procedure to keep me calm. They've been so kind and reassuring throughout this whole scary, nervous experience... I'd definitely recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I am in absolute shock right now! I took my mother there to have a procedure done. We were not in this office for more than 5minutes & we could hear a man's voice loudly cursing someone. We soon realized that it was the dentist, Mr.Robert Davis! My mom is diagnosed with PTSD & extremely bad anxiety which is why I accompany her to all appointments she has. After a long wait we were finally brought to the back. As my mother sat in the chair the man entered the room with a terrible attitude acting completely unprofessional! Once he started the molding procedure he told my mother she needed to get her breathing under control, 2 seconds later he became irate & very aggressively forced his entire hand over my moms mouth & nose making it impossible for her to breath! I was in so much shock & disbelief that it took a few seconds for me to register what he was doing and what his intentions were doing this. I then told my mother to get out of the chair and collect her belongings so we could leave. This made him even more angry and he begun to curse at me as I was on my way out of his office. The facility was also a disaster and unsanitary! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & medical board about this man! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL INDIVIDUAL!!!!!

I am a patient of Dr Davis. My experience from the start of making my appointment to go into the door door for my 1st appointment and then to the doctor was all a good experience. The whole office wants to make sure that you are happy with your teeth or dentures. I travel from Middleburg to Jacksonville and it is well worth the trip. Sir Dr Davis and your team thank you so much.

I called this dental service because my insurance has them listed as a full service office...I left a message because they were closed on Fridays....did not receive a call back so I called them back and the woman Taylor who answered the phone was rude and and short with me and very difficult to understand - she said what do you want...we only do DENTURES HERE and when I asked her if there was another office they have that does this she told me no you need to talk to your insurance! Very cold and rude and extremely unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off the lady that answers the phone is so rude and disrespectful like nothing I've ever encountered. Would not let me speak. Kept yelling at me and told me 8 times to find another dentist because I was asking questions. I'm 27 and need full mouth extractions and top and bottom dentures. The dentist himself is rude and doesn't explain ANYTHING. I was not allowed to speak with the office manager so I went up there to speak with them and she locked me out of the building and called the cops on me all cause she didn't like me since the first visit. I was treated like I was dirt. And dentist made me feel as if I was a junkie cause I have bad teeth. I'm not. Go ANYWHERE but here. Horrible women's name is patty just so you know.

I am writing this to inform any one talking to the receptionist that she is extremely disrespectful and rude.It would be nice if she could actually speak English. She does not listen to the patient's. She decides what she wants to hear and put words into the patient's mouth instead of listening to what the patients problem is she decides to have the patient call her back in 30 minutes when she has time to speak I believe that she is incompetent and when a patient speaks is her job to listen and to handle the situation immediately not when she decides or if she decides who is running the office obviously not the doctor for a woman who cannot speak English and is talking to everyone like they are dog does she not realize what her paychecks come from it comes from the patients and I'm sure she is fake quite well to work there and she works the best hours anyone could want there's no excuse for her to treat patients the way she treats them something must be done I believe she deserves a demotion or Dr Davis needs to find another receptionist to replace her she is going to chase off all of his patience which is such a thing because Dr Davis is a good doctor but to have someone like that working for him put the dentists at risk and she does not clean the equipment she does not wash your hands she does not use sanitizer. And she does not wash her hands coming out of the bathroom. I do have the utmost respect for Dr Davis he is an excellent dentist it is a shame to have someone like that receptionist running away his customers.

They we're two hours behind before they even numbed my husband and the dentist didn't use any local numbing agents before giving him 7 shots in the mouth. There was no one in the parking lot, he was the only patient and when I made a fuss they said they were having issues with other patients. Lies! My husband has extreme dental anxiety and this place didn't do him any favors. The dentist handled him abusively, ignored his requests to stop, and the place was extremely dirty. The toilet was clogged and the entire bathroom smelled like an out house, and there were mountains of toilet paper and pee in there like it had been clogged for weeks. We are filing formal complaints through the Board of Dentistry to have this man's license reviewed.

Horrible customer service...Do not waste your time calling Coastal Dental. You will receive every excuse as to why the receptionist answering the phone feels that Coastal Dental cannot assist you. I was told the Dr. Only works these days and we better make sure teeth need to be pulled or we are wasting our time scheduling an appointment since they only provide dentures and pull teeth. The receptionist spoke a lazy version of English and very rude. Apparently, Coastal Dental doesn't want new patients.

I called to speak with the Manager Patty about my Moms appointment date because she can't drive and I have to transport her. I had the worst customer service experience in my life with this "Manager". She was down right rude and unprofessional. My Mother was mortified after speaking with her and shaken up terribly from her being so discourteous and impolite. I actually had a few referrals from my clients who needed dental work but I wouldn't dare recommend that they come there if the front desk associate is that unpleasant. The staff definitely needs more customer service training. It's 2021 we survived a hard year the least you can do is be nice to someone over the phone.

The actual surgery was brutal but that was completely expected given the degree of work done (all remaining upper and bottom teeth removed as well as grinding of the bottom jaw in 3 places to insure a secure denture fit). The surgery was 6 weeks ago and my dentures fit like gloves! My quality of life has vastly improved and my smile is something I'm happy to share with the world again. Thanks Dr. Davis from the bottom of my heart!

I have been using dental prostheses for more than 50 years, so I have years of experience with professional dentists and it is the first time that my prosthesis has fitted perfectly and the material is of excellent quality. I am very grateful to Dr. Davis.
