I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful practice! I had been looking for a new dentist and I'm so happy I called Coastal. I went for a routine cleaning and ended up needing some fillings, Dr Joe is wonderful & gentle as well as Jill his assistant. Whenever I come in they always make me feel comfortable and welcome. Jessica was also super helpful in assisting me with a great dental discount to help with my work up and explaining what I needed done when I was nervous! Thanks for all you do.

Absolutely amazing people all around. After years of not seeing a dentist because of over-the-top fear and anxiety, Dr Joe and his staff were so caring and kind, quickly took care of my many painful issues with compassion and professionalism, did all insurance processes, and no more pain!! Thank you so much Dr Joe and Jessica and Theresa!!!!! Highly recommend.

Best Dental office around! Dr Zicchino is amazing! I had an emergency, but the office was closed for 4th of July weekend, he came right away in 20 minutes to fix my problem! Very happy with his practice for years. My entire family goes to him for dental problems.

I only leave reviews for top 1% or bottom 1% experiences. I live in Hoboken and am in Point for the summer. Of course my permanent crown fell out and I didn't know what to do. I looked up dentist in point, and I explained what happened and Dr. Joe told me to come right over. I got there in 5 minutes and he saw me in 30 seconds or less. He assessed the crown which was not his work and knew what to do right away. He was able to not only just put it back in, which is what most dentists would probably do, but completely fixed it! It feels SO much better on my bite. I can't recommend this enough. I implore ANYONE looking for a dentist to come here because this was top notch from the service to the mannerisms.

Let me start by saying how amazing this entire group is. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and smiles. It was long time no see for me and I was immediately recognized by Dr.Joe whom is beyond amazing. He even remembered my mom and asked how she was! Megan brought me back and was very kind. She was willing to work with me as I asked for warning before certain parts of the dental exam and she gladly did so and was very gentle during the whole cleaning. I ended up needing a small filling and Dr. Joe was willing to do it same day when I requested it. We spoke as he numbed me as to put my mind at ease and bring a smile to my face. As he has done in the past, he numbed my gum before giving me the shot of novacaine which I am always grateful for as not all dentists do that. He even remembered that it's a little harder to numb me and took special care in doing so. He and megan put me at ease the whole time and made shure to explain everything and make sure I understood and didn't have any questions. I could not ask for a better dentist, technician, or practice to get me dental stuff done. Thank you Dr Joe, Megan and Anna whom helped with my filling for an amazing experience!

OK so let me start by saying that I don't usually write reviews on too many people but I have to say I called Coastal Dental because a crown fell out and my son was getting married in a couple of days, and he took me in right away, the staff totally amazing the dentist was unbelievable I will never ever go back to any of the discount dental offices in the area, I'm sick of going back a million times because they didn't take the right x-ray , they messed up a bridge , I will continue to Dr Zicchino from now on, and if you don't think they take your insurance please call the wonderful girls in the office most likely they do!!! Thank you again Dr Zicchino for all of your time and help

My fake tooth in the front of my mouth came out right before Covid hit. Out of desperation I went to the nearest open dental office. Upon examination this dentist informed me the only way he can replace my tooth was if I purchased an expensive whitening treatment.He also suggested I get the tooth in the front next to the new tooth also replaced so they match well. I agreed to whatever I had to do. Long story short after much pain ,the two front teeth he put in were way too big. Also the assistant informed me most women get them lighter then the rest of the teeth when they are in the front. Now my smile is totally ruined.The teeth are way too big and a different color and the tooth on one side of the new ones has cracked and broken from the pressure. He also shortened the teeth on both sides and made it even more rediculous . I really loved my teeth before the one fell out ,but now I can't even smile in pictures until I get another dentist to fix this mess. A very expensive situation because of a so called professional's greed.Stay clear of this money hungry Dentist.

New patient special only to have a horrible experience. The front office staff was talking about how tired they are from the party last night. I was called into the room to wait because the doctor wasn't in the building yet. My experience was like a horse and pony show

I called coastal dental group in the morning to see if they were excepting new patients and if they excepted our insurance. They were able to get my daughter in the same day. She's had a loose tooth for 3 months with the new tooth growing in and she was starting to be uncomfortable. They were sooo good with her! My daughter doesn't sit nicely for any dentist. They made us feel so comfortable! I am so grateful for the generosity of this dental group and we now will be coming back as a return patient :). Thank you!!

The Coastal Dental group is excellent ! The staff is kind and professional. Going to the dentist can be very stressful ,especially when you are in pain . Dr. Joe was professional and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office ! Thank you to the staff!
