First visit and Courtney made me feel very relaxed. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Dr. Welch discussed his treatment plan with me in a way that was easy to understand

I've been going to Dr. Welch's dental office for years. He is hands down one of the best dentists in Mobile. Not only does he provide phenomenal dental care with the latest equipment and training, but he also has great interpersonal skills and takes the time to explain the treatment and answer questions. I had the opportunity to observe his work on many different patients. He works smoothly and really does have a keen eye for patient comfort. The office is clean, and the whole team is especially courteous and friendly. Easy 5 stars!

I'm a cash patient. Have been getting teeth cleaned here for 2 years now. Ashley, the hygienist is a gem. I just recently chipped 4 front teeth. Dr. Shane fixed me right up. Cost was reasonable. Great service, highly recommended.

Dr. Welch is an incredible dentist! I actually went to dental school with him and I trusted him to do my filling. He did a great job and it was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Shane Welch and the entire team at Coastal Dental Arts for your dental care!

I had a hairline fracture in my tooth from a really old filling. They numbed my gum, then numbed my tooth. I barely felt that. I didn't feel them working on my tooth at all! Completely pain-free! Fast , friendly, fun, and professional atmosphere with a capable team of workers.

Found this guy couple years ago. I have told many many people. Most have changed over to the doc. Most of the staff look young but seem to be perfectly qualified. I've never had a question one could not answer or problem they can't fix. Doc is great, caters as much as possible. Let's hope he does not retire early.

Every experience is awesome. I love Dr. Welch and his staff. They are all very professional and always make sure my treatments are done with precision and care. Dr. Welch is a fantastic and talented dentist and I've never felt any discomfort. I highly recommend Coastal Dental Arts. I'm so blessed to have them for my dental care.

First of all I think Dr Welch does quality dentistry, and has a great personality! It was the billing that threw me for a loop! I really don't understand it. I got two running account balances and both were different. Today November 10th I asked for a third, because I was told at my last appointment if insurance paid for my last x-rays I would have a $25.00 credit, because I paid for those x-rays the day I was there. Insurance did pay, but Taylor told me I had a zero balance. Dr Welch's mom told me Dr Welch was elected president of a dental organization, but in reality it has nothing to do with my account. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years, and if we gave a treatment plan to a patient we honored those fees for 3 months, and if we told a patient we would write a fee off we did, however, I understand every office is different! I am saddened it did not work out at Dr Welch's, because he is truly a dedicated dentist.

I was recommended to visit Coastal from a friend/coworker and she was dead on with how great everyone was. From setting the appointment-checkout. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable of their craft. If you want a million-dollar smile, Dr. Shane & his amazing staff can do it!! They are a dream team!
