Amanda joined CCFD in 2021. She has been in the dental industry since 2019 and is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Amanda is from Monroe, NC, and lives in Wilmington. She loves spending time with her family and friends enjoying the coastal lifestyle and going to the beach.

April joined CCFD in March 2013. April attended Appalachian State University and majored in English. She is originally from Statesville, NC and currently resides in Southport, NC. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, yoga, hand embroidery and spending time with her nieces, nephews, husband and cat.

Ashley joined CCFD in January 2015. Growing up a military child, she claims Columbus, Ohio as home; although, she has lived in various states along the East Coast due to her husbands career in the Coast Guard. Ashley graduated from Wilmington College of Ohio and Old Dominion University in VA with degrees in Business and Business Education. When she is not in the office, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her dog Murphy. She also enjoys planning/coordinating weddings, participating in archery tournaments, working out, and going to the beach.

Asia joined CCFD in 2022. She has several years of experience in medical billing and insurance which is a great asset to our insurance team. Asia is from Supply, NC but she grew up in Bellevue Nebraska where she attended community college to pursue her interest in psychology. She is happy to be back in her home town of Supply. Asia loves to dance and watch scary movies. She is a mom of two daughters and enjoys traveling when she has the opportunity.

Cierra Lyman has been with CCFD since August 2020. Cierra attended NHII Concords Community College where she received her Dental Assisting Certificate and has been in her field since July 2019. Cierra is originally from New Hampshire but moved to North Myrtle Beach August 2020. She enjoys playing volleyball and riding her Harley.

Christopher Forsberg joined CCFD in December of 2020. He attended Northern Michigan University and has been in the dental field for 2 years. Christopher is originally from Marquette, MI but relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2019. In his free time, Christopher enjoys spending time outside, exercising, cooking, watching Packers games, and hanging with his two cats Atlas and Zeus.

Faith joined CCFD in March 2021. She is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in Psychology. She is originally from New Jersey and has been a resident of Carolina Beach, NC since 2016. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family, two cats, playing guitar and enjoying the camping and fishing lifestyle of coastal Carolina.

Heather joined CCFD in 2011 and has worked in the field for 15 years. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Heather moved to Southport in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach. She also likes to scrapbook and play volleyball. Heather also loves animals- she has 2 dogs, 1 cat, a red bearded dragon and two fish tanks.

Heather joined CCFD in 2021. She has been in the dental industry for over 15 years and is a graduate of Fulton Montgomery Community College. Heather is from upstate New York. She moved to North Carolina after college. She currently lives in Carolina Shores and enjoys spending time outdoors with her golden retriever and Labrador and making wax melts and candles. She has a daughter and a son in the USAFF.

Jackie joined CCFD in 2016. She lends her 20 years experience in magazine & newspaper publishing to marketing, communication and community events for CCFD. She is originally from New York City. She moved to Wilmington, NC from Asbury Park, NJ in 2016 to be near her family. Jackie enjoys cooking, entertaining and spending time with her niece and nephew and friends at the beach.

Jasmine joined CCFD in September 2013. She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and moved to Southport in 2013 with her husband. Jasmine attended Appalachian State University and received a Bachelors in Health Promotions. She enjoys going shopping, going to the beach with friends and spending time with her son and family.

Madison joined CCFD in 2022. She is a graduate of UNCW with bachelors degrees in psychology and criminology. She attends Southern New Hampshire University pursuing her Masters of Science in Forensic Psychology. Madison is from Greensboro, NC and she lives in Bolivia. When she has free time she enjoys playing with her dogs and visiting the beach.

Nicole joined CCFD in June 2021 after a long year career in the spa industry. Nicole studied sport and exercise psychology at West Virginia University. Nicole is from Frederick, MD and lives in Wilmington, NC. She loves the beach, a great boat day, travelling and discovering the local craft brewery scene, but she is just as happy spending time with her dog Diesel.

Nikki has been with CCFD since April 2019 and brings over a decade of experience in Office Administration. She is from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and a graduate of New Jerseys Rider University where she earned her BA in English. Nikki currently resides in Leland and has been living in the Wilmington area for almost 10 years. Outside of work, she enjoys being out in the sunshine, gardening, her pets (and everyone elses), and spending time with her boyfriend and sister.

Paula Sholar-Mason has been with CCFD since August 2020. Paula attended Miller Motte College and has been in the dental field for 8 years. Paula is from Wilmington originally, and now resides in Leland where she has been back and forth for her entire life. Paula enjoys going to the beach, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her grandkids as well as her Boxer Scout.

Renee joined CCFD in February 2012 and has been in the field since 1995. She is from New Jersey and attended Lynchburg College. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and fishing. Her favorite holiday is the 4th of July.

Ruby Maggiola has been with CCFD since June 2017. Ruby has been in the medical field for about 15 years. She is originally from Cortlandt Manor, New York, but now lives in Southport. Ruby enjoys spending time with her husband and son, going to the pool, boating, fishing and stamping.

Samantha Frye has been with CCFD since May 2017. She earned her Associates in Healthy Information Technology from Brunswick Community College. She is originally from Pinehurst, NC but moved to the Coastal area in 2011. Samantha enjoys spending her free time doing anything outdoors, getting lost in a great book, and spending time with her family and sweet golden retriever Tucker.

Sirena Mullins has been with CCFD since July 2020. Sirena attended King University where she received her degree. She has been in the field since graduating in July of 2020. Sirena is originally from Clintwood, VA and has recently relocated to Southport back in January. Sirena enjoys riding on her boat, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Stacey joined CCFD in 2012 and has been in the field since 2004. She is originally from Minnesota, but moved here in 2012. Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan and two children, Gavin and Sloann. When time allows, they love spending time at the beach and on the water.

Staci joined the CCFD team in March of 2016. She has been in the dental field since 2011. Staci is from Matthews, NC, but currently lives in the Wilmington area. While in Wilmington, NC, Staci attended Cape Fear Community College and completed their Dental Assisting program.

Teresa joined CCFD in March 2009. She is from Wilmington, NC, but has lived in Southport since 1985. She attended South Brunswick High School. Teresa has 2 beautiful daughters who she adores, Haley and Danielle. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies and having cookouts.

Abdi joined CCFD in June 2015 and has been in the dental field since 2004. He attended University North Carolina, Fayetteville Tech, and OTT. He is originally from Puerto Rico, and has lived in Chadbourn, NC since 2001. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and studying the Bible.

Bari joined CCFD in 2021. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years. Bari is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. She is from Murrayville, NC, and lives in Wilmington. When shes not working, Bari enjoys going to the gym, dancing, and playing pool.

Brittany joined CCFD in February 2012 and has been in the dental field since 2011. She is from Morehead City, NC and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2005, where she attended Cape Fear Community College. She loves going offshore fishing, attending concerts, spending time in the Outer Banks and with family and friends.

Julie joined CCFD in October of 2020. Julie was trained on the job as a Dental assistant when she first joined the field 32 years ago but went on to complete her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification at Indiana University. She currently resides in Little River, SC and has been in the area since 2014. In her free time, Julie enjoys fishing, crafting, spending time with her kids and grandkids, camping, singing, playing the piano and antiquing.

Kachiri joined CCFD in October 2014 , she has been in the dental field since 2011. She is from Fayetteville, NC and attended Sunrise School of Dental Assisting. Kachiri loves to go to the beach, fishing and spending time with her family.

Katie joined CCFD in July 2014 and has been in the dental field since 2009. She is from Turkey, NC and attended school in Greenville, NC. Katie enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband. She loves going to the beach, fishing and spending quality time with her family.

Kelsey Mathis has been with CCFD since August 2020. Kelsey attended Cape Fear Community College and has been a dental assistant for 5 years. Kelsey is originally from PA, but now resides in Wilmington and has been there for 17 years. She enjoys going to the beach, paddle boarding, spending time with her boyfriend and her two fur babies Chloe and Sadie.

Megan joined us at CCFD in 2017 and has been working in the dental field for three years. She is originally from Waxhaw, NC, and received her education from Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs. Megan moved to Southport, NC in 2017. When shes not in the office helping patients, Megan enjoys beachcombing, hiking, fantasy football, and spending time with her husband.

Miranda Harris has been with CCFD since August 2020, after recently graduating from Cape Fear Community College on August 1, 2020. Miranda was born and raised in Nakina, NC where she still currently resides. Some of Mirandas hobbies include swimming, going to the river, drawing, riding ATVs and reading.

Savannah is from the Baltimore area and moved to Southport about a year and a half ago. She is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and brings five years of customer service knowledge to the CCFD team, which she joined in 2019. In her free time, Savannah likes going to the beach and spending time with friends. She says, Hanging out at American Fish Company listening to music is my favorite in the summer!

Shannon has been with CCFD since she moved to Wilmington, NC, in July of 2019. She is originally from Amityville, New York, attended school in Levittown, New York, and has been in the dental field for fourteen years. Shannon loves to learn and experience new things and meet new people. In her free time, she enjoys talking walks with her husband and dog, yoga, fishing, and going to concerts.

Sunday Tucker joined CCFD in September of 2020. She attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and has been a Dental Assistant for 23 years. Sunday is originally from Charlotte (Lake Norman area) but relocated to Leland at the end of 2020. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her dog, sons and grandchildren, watching ocean view sunrises, and live music.

Tamesha has been with CCFD since February 2017. She attended Miller Motte and has been a dental assistant for 5 years. Tamesha is originally from Leland. Her hobbies include spending time with her 4 children and husband, cooking, shopping, getting dressed up, and modeling.

Tara joined CCFD in June of 2021. She has been in the dental industry for over 15 years and is a graduate of the Ohio State University EFDA program. Prior to joining the CCFD team, she worked in Ohio as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary Dental assistant. Tara lives in Bolivia, NC with her husband, daughter, and son. They love exploring and finding new activities to do as a family.

Tiffany joined CCFD in 2020. She has been in the dental field for 11 years. She is a graduate of Platt College/Oklahoma Health Academy, where she is originally from. Tiffany lives in Sunset Beach and loves enjoying the beach, working in her yard, reading and spending time with friends, family and her four dogs!

Amy has been with CCFD for over 6 years. She has been in the dental field since 1995. Amy is from Marietta, OH, but has lived in Leland since 1989. She attended Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC. She enjoys decorating and hanging out with her lab Diesel. She also loves animals.

Ashley joined CCFD in February 2015 and has been in the dental field since 2003. Ashley is from Ohio and attended Fayetteville Technical Community College. She has lived in the Wilmington area since 2014. Ashley enjoys going to the beach with her daughter, son and English Bulldog, working out with her husband and anything crafty.

Erin is a member of our Hygiene department, joining our team in January 2019. She has worked in the dental field for over three years and went to school at Hagerstown Community College where she graduated in 2016. Erin is originally from Smithsburg, Maryland and currently lives in Leland, NC. She loves being a dental hygienist, but in her free time, she enjoys cuddling and playing with her three dogs, exploring the area, spending time with her husband, working out at the gym, hanging with friends, and finally going to the beach!

Haylee joined CCFD in July of 2021. She is a graduate of Asheville-Buncombe Tech Community College. Haylee moved from Asheville to Leland to enjoy the coastal lifestyle of North Carolina. She loves spending time with her dog Benny and watching the Boston Red Sox. She loves the beach, exercise, and hiking.

Jordan joined CCFD in July 2017. She is from Fayetteville and attended Fayetteville Technical Community College. She moved to Southport in July 2017. Jordans hobbies include spending time with her sons Cade and Colt, decorating, and hanging out on the beach with her extended family.

Kelly joined CCFD in 2012 and has been in the dental field since 1988. She is from Ohio and attended Owens College in Perrysburg, OH. Kelly has lived in the area since 1989 and enjoys pilates, playing the piano and biking.

Nichole joined CCFD in June 2015 and has been in the dental field since 2011. She is from Winnabow, NC and attended Cape Fear Community College. Nichole enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family.

Olivia Gainey has been with CCFD since June 2020. Olivia attended Cape Fear Community College where she achieved her Hygiene Degree. Olivia is originally from Wilmington where she still resides. Olivia was recently engaged back in October of 2019 and enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, kayaking, and going to the beach, but most of all enjoys her job and giving her patients a reason to smile.

Paige has been with CCFD and in the dental field since 2005. She is from Jackson, NC and attended East Carolina University and Wake Tech Community College. She has lived in the Wilmington area since 2005. Paige enjoys live music and going to the beach.

Samantha McDonald has been with CCFD since August 2020. She is a recent graduate from AB-Tech where she received her Dental Hygiene Degree. Samantha is originally from Asheville, NC but has recently moved to Leland. She enjoys anything outdoors, hiking, disc golf, paddle boarding, and exploring new restaurants!

Stevey joined the Coastal Cosmetic Family Dentistry team in May 2018, and received her education at UNC Chapel Hill. She comes to us with previous experience in office administration, sterilization, and assisting. Stevey is originally from Wilmington, NC, and just moved back to the area after six years in Chapel Hill. When shes not in the office helping patients, she enjoys food and coffee, boating, paddle boarding, and yoga.
