Dr Coffer was absolutely amazing! I had a really awful experience at American Dentistry with Dr. Timothy Murph, who really should loose his license. I would rather die than go back to him and deal with the fact he only cares about money and is childish on how he reacts to bad reviews on google. I ended up with a horrible dry socket that I had been dealing with for 2 weeks. I didn't have an appointment but I was referred there and Dr Coffer took me right in and took care of me!! He is the most compassionate dentist I highly recommend this office they were all so sweet and caring. He took time out of his busy day with oral surgeries just to make sure I wasn't suffering anymore. Truly amazing! I cannot say it enough.

I was referred to Dr. Maxwell by my dentist. I cant say enough about how he and the staff made my visits as pleasant and painless as possible. The concern they show about a patient's comfort is absolutely second to none. Thanks Dr. Maxwell and staff.

Would give six stars if I could. Everyone is pleasant and helpful; they got me right in and I loved my implants so much that I went back and got some more. Cannot say enough good things about this practice and Dr Maxwell in particular

My dentist referred me to Coastal Carolina Oral Maxillofacial for an issue with a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. Dr. Harsha and his staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. Was in and out within 40 minutes (including wait time). The gum where the tooth was extracted was a little sore that evening. But everything felt fine the next day and continues to heal with no complications.

I was referred to this practice. This was my first visit. I had Dr. Temple. He was patient and thorough. After consult, he explained everything in detail, and with conviction. He said he jhad ust gotten out of the military. He explained thatI had to have biopsies taken in 3 different locations in my mouth. I have to say, he was very efficient. I am now 4 hours out of that procedure, and I am fairly sore. And the Dr. Called me at home to see how I was failing. I highly recommend Dr. Temple.

They put my daughter to sleep and didn't pull her wisdom teeth because they said she had lice....first off not a good enough reason to stop the surgery after putting someone to sleep. They already have to clean the equipment-chair etc anyways. Second-my daughter has fought the issue of being told her whole childhood-people saying she has lice---we took her to her pcp each time to be told it wasn't lice just really bad dandruff. There even been times-they sent hair follicles to be tested at the labs. My daughter even said, she is frustrated being told this her whole life at school etc. When we use dandruff shampoo-no problems. I didn't buy the shampoo for a while and she got the issue again. I know lice is icky to hear but they don't even send kids home from school anymore... And definitely shouldn't had put her to sleep and not pulled the wisdom teeth out. Like I stated, my daughter has had issues with saying she had lice and each time her doctors stated it wasn't. I drove all the way from Longs to Conway. I already drive all week to Horry Georgetown college and back... and Friday's is my one day I don't have to drive hours in my car. Gas is too expensive as it is. Just aggravated with this experience. My daughter is autistic and was already was crying before procedure and we have to go through this again...no eating etc.

I first saw Dr. Eckert in 2014 with a jaw that was broken in 2 places. He was able to perform an immediate surgery and fix the problem. He is very understanding as well as his entire staff. I chose to see him again recently after my wisdom tooth was bothering me. I called his office in the morning and explained my situation and, without an appointment, he was able to extract my tooth the same day. He even personally called me in the evening to check on me. I highly recommend him.

I wanted to express my extreme disappointment in this office. My family have all been to see Dr. Maxwell with problems. I have an autistic son and he was great with him. When I found out that I had an impacted tooth that was causing a lot of pain I went to my dentist to find that it was a wisdom tooth. I immediately asked for a referral to Dr. Maxwell. First off, I was told when I called them over a week later that they don't call people on referrals, the patient has to call them. Second, I was told because I had a no show appointment from over 3 years ago that I could not be scheduled. This was a no show because little river pulled my tooth and did not cancel the appointment. I was not even aware the referral was sent because I never received a call. Due to their policy of not calling referrals, something in all my years I have never heard of. Third, the lady named Penny who answered the phone was very short with me and just kept saying I can't help you. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years as a medical assistant and billing manager and I have never been so ashamed of an office as I did this one. All five members of my family who have recently gone here will be looking elsewhere from now on. The doctors and staff should be ashamed of themselves for being so short with people and lack of help.

Dr. Maxwell is fantastic and they do and awesome job. Fit you in too when you have an unexpected tooth situation occur. Definitely recommend Dr. Maxwell.

Dr Maxwell extradited a molar for me & he & the staff were fabulous! I went back for a potential problem, which turned out to be fine, and the entire staff was extremely nice & helpful. I've been to both the Conway office and the Carolina Forest office. Both very nice & professional.

I've seen Dr. Coffer and his staff multiple times now. Each time has been a pleasant experience. Even when the procedure was less than pleasant, Dr. Coffer and his team were super professional, but more importantly, they were human. Kind, compassionate, and understanding. And - big bonus - they listen to your concerns. I can't recommend them enough.

Was referred to Dr Witten for a retreatment of a old root canal. He determined the procedure was not necessary. His only charge was a $75 consultation fee. Very professional and honest.

I started having terrible pain on a Friday night. Learned that I had a fractured tooth on Monday. Coastal Carolina got me in on Tuesday and I was able to have tooth extracted as well. Dr. Cofer was amazing. The procedure was quick. He was very caring along with his dental hygienist. The front desk was also extremely nice and caring. Highly reccomend.
