I was very satisfied with my experience at Coastal Carolina Endodontics. Dr. Putnam and the staff were very helpful and reviewed all my options with me. They never made me feel uncomfortable and was not in a hurry to finish the session. They were very professional.

Dr. Putnam took very good care in explaining what to expect. Him and the staff were very nice and made me feel Comfortable Considering I was having a root canal done

If I could have left negative stars, I would have !! This office received $290 from me, $205 additional from my dental insurance. Then after ZERO work performed, as I was told that getting my root canal procedure was not possible, I was referred elsewhere. OK- but then I received another additional bill for $84 . I do not expect to pay nothing, as I did get an exam. But the extra $84 was insulting and (in my opinion) THEFT. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A REFERRAL. I WENT IN PAIN-after waiting 5 days to get in. I LEFT IN PAIN. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM

Dr. Putman was an answer to prayer. We Moved here only 1 week ago and my special needs daughter required a root canal asap. He calmly explained everything to my daughter who has never had any dental work, completed the procedure the same day with No Tears!!!. He is Truly gifted professionally and has an amazing bed side manner.... #thedentistwhisper. All the office staff are very friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for taking stellar care of our daughter

Don't ever hesitate to see Dr. Putnam - he is an amazing dentist! He and his staff are all around great. Squeezed me in today and did a root canal painlessly and quickly. I hope I don't need another root canal but if I do I'll know where to go! Patient and kind, very thorough and concerned.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Putnam and his staff this morning. The procedure was done very quickly and they gave me plenty of instructions on how to have a successful recovery. Highly recommended!

I have to start off with, I'm such a baby when I have dental work done. I went in so nervous to have a root canal. I left the office with a whole different mindset. Dr. Putnam is very caring and he is definitely good at his job. When we were finished I asked him is that all? are we done? I couldn't believe that he was done with the procedure. I cannot even say enough good things about my experience. His assistance and the office staff was also so helpful.

I went to get a root canal evaluation 5/14/2022. I also called earlier in the week and spoke to an office girl who told me she was calling my family dentist to get the referral information. I made the original appointment well in advance. I went back in the office and was told , they had information that I was getting an evaluation on tooth #2. I knew it was incorrect because the tooth was on opposite side of my mouth. The dental person took an X-ray. She then came into the room and said she wanted to take another X-ray. I said I wanted them to confirm with my dentist first. She said they could not wait because my family dentist did not open until 9:00 am. My appt was 8:00 am. She then suggested maybe I should reschedule and I agreed. I called the dentist at 5/14/2022 approx. 1:30pm to find out what happened. The office manager said she was not aware. I cancelled my next appt. the office manager responded that I should read the reviews and the dentist was not for me. I had already read the reviews before I made my appt. Long story short, it was a real waste of my time.

I know when you hear you have to have a root canal, you panic and go ugh!! I had a great experience with Dr. Putnam and his staff. Everyone was so accommodating from the front office to Dr. Putnam's expertise. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr. Putnam and his team if anyone needed a root canal. Definitely 5 stars!!

Went in for an emergency root canal. Dr. Putnam was awesome. He did a check and x-rays and spent time to confirm what we were going to do. He was thoughtful and patient with all my questions. The procedure didn't hurt a bit. Loved his use of local anesthesia. It was just right. Didn't feel a thing during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Putnam and his team.

This is the second time I used Coastal Carolina Endodontics. Dr. Putman and the dental assistant were personable and extremely professional. Both explained step by step what they were going to do. Made me very comfortable and relaxed. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone that needed their services. I give them a five star rating.

What a wonderful experience with Dr Putnam and his staff!! If you have to have a root canal this is the place to have it done. So professional yet friendly and caring! Dr Putnam completed my work so gently & quickly I was surprised when he said he was finished!!! All I needed was 1 Aleve little while afterwards for the small amount of soreness I had. He's truly a Top Notch Endodontist.
