Dr DeFuria is SO knowledgeable & professional. Polite and personable with patients too. The office staff all seem to be focused on giving patients a good customer service experience! The Receptionist is very efficient and true to her word! She had to coordinate an appt. with their office and my dental office but wasn't able to do it when I was there because my dental office was closed for the day. She said she'd call them first thing in the morning and then call me to follow up. Sure enough- I had a voicemail on my phone at 8:35am from her confirming my appointments! I was pleasantly surprised because often times this isn't the case with a busy office. Very impressed!

I went InTo the office within 24 hrs as an emergency procedure. Th Dr was awesome. She did exactly as we discussed when she came into the room and introduced herself. I can not say enough good stuff about all the office staff. They were awesome! I was in and out with in 1.5 hrs and ready for my implant!

Everyone at CNY Periodontics is professional and very personable. My experience has been top notch from start to finish. Dr. Rashidi is excellent, extremely thorough and explains the treatment. I recently had a unexpected problem that required treatment. A phone call later I was told to come in right away and they would fit me in the schedule. My wait was minimal and again Dr. Rashidi and his associate administered treatment to fix the problem. He personally followed up the next day to check if everything was OK. I am very pleased to say it was! I highly recommend CNY Periodontics for your dental and implant needs.

It's very rare that I don't have anxiety going to the dentist/doctor. At CNY Peridontics and Implants, I had none after my initial check. The procedure required multiple visits and all of them were painless. The whole staff does a great job of keeping the atmosphere laid back and comfortable. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting an implant to check them out. Very happy with the whole experience.

First time visit, i actually called 45 minutes prior to my appointment and was running 15 minutes late, they were very accommodating. The visit itself was much more that i would have even thought. Dr rashidi is a kick , nice guy. Lori check out lady was awesome. All tried to find me a convenient date to reschedule my wonderful implant.

You know how going to the dentist causes anxiety to even the most steady person the staff and the doctors here make sure you are calm and relaxed. Recommend the practice to everyone... Thank You Dr. Rashidi.

Who wants to have an implant? But if you need one, this is the practice to come to! The staff is very courteous and caring. Prior to both my procedure and my husband's Dr. Khoury explained every detail and answered all of our questions. During both of my procedures, she made sure they were pain free. I am through with Dr. Khoury's part so on to my dentist for the crown I go, however, Dr. Khoury wants to see me after all is said and done to make sure everything is right with the implant. How is that for great care?! My husband still had implant work to be done and I am SO glad we chose this practice!
