I'd received Botox for migraines from a pain doc. After 2 weeks, it was REALLY making my forehead look super strange. Dr. Osborn described the reasons for this and gave me more botox to correct it. Phew!!

Dr. Osborn really is incredible! I had a free consultation for orthganthic surgery. He answered all my questions, gave me so much advice and information. I received Botox from Dr. Osborn as well. It was quick, comfortable, clean and professional. The whole staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They also took the time to refer me to a orthodontist. Thank you all so much! - Lisa Spizzirri

I have recommended CMF to all my friends and family. From the moment I called to inquire about BOTOX (for cosmetic purposes), to my actual appointment date, to my follow up care, the team was amazing. Dr. Osborn and the entire team were incredible during my first appointment and helped ease my anxiety. My forehead lines were gone and I still maintained movement of my eyebrows ... AMAZING. I am SO satisfied with the results of my BOTOX and have been going back ever since.

After 1 week post op from my jaw surgery/rhinoplasty and almost a one year journey to get here I can say with confidence that Dr. Osborn is the best surgeon who worked very hard to get my surgery scheduled and kept very close in touch with me during the whole process. I did not get a surgery date until about 2-3 months prior to my surgery which is normal since they don't have their own operating space and have to borrow from BIDMC (most places do this). They knew I was anxious and nervous about this because of starting a new job and switching insurance close to the time of surgery. The surgery date was set for late December and then I got COVID and everything fell apart. Dr. Osborn did not give up and was in constant contact with the hospital to get me back on the schedule before my insurance plan switched as the surgery was not going to be covered by my new insurance plan with my new job. Keep in mind this is during the time elective procedures were actively being cancelled so it must have been very challenging to get me back on. His assistant Adriana, was also very patient with me as I was obviously an anxious mess during this whole process. Immediately before and after the surgery, Dr. Osborn contacted me, answered all of my many questions and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. It's evident his main concern for his patients is their comfort. He never seemed annoyed or rushed with any communication we had which really made all the difference. As someone who works in healthcare, I know how much bedside manner can really make or break your experience. I am so happy with my results of my surgery and can't wait to see how things continue to heal up! Disclosure: I was an old patient of Dr. Osborn for wisdom tooth removal in 2014 at BU Dental school and referred because I had a "rare" anatomy of my nerves in my jaw. This is how I knew of him and found his practice.

Dr. Osborn did an absolutely fantastic job on my recent wisdom tooth extraction! The whole staff were professional, kind, and welcoming. They made the whole process incredibly easy and their communication before and after the procedure was thorough and considerate. Dr Osborn was efficient, informative, and very reassuring throughout the process. Can't recommend enough!

TLDR: This place is a godsend and Dr. Osborn is one of the best professionals in this industry. I have had terrible teeth/bite for years. Prior to finding this practice, I have had 2 years of failed braces and seen 5 jaw surgery specialists and did not feel comfortable proceeding for various reasons. I finally found both Drs Osborn and got Invisalign+DJS+Genio. Every step of the way I felt heard, supported, and like I was receiving the best care possible. Dr. Osborn spent about 5 hours over the course of the year leading up to my surgery answering my questions over my various appointments with him. Going into surgery, I felt very mentally prepared because I didn't feel like there was something I still didn't know. Of course, the experience was still nerve-racking, but it's major surgery, so it was expected. Someone asked me what I wish I could have known leading up to the surgery/what I would change in my prep, and my answer is honestly nothing. Before/after surgery, Dr Osborn and the entire staff (special thank you goes to Adriana, she is amazing) were available round the clock answering any questions/concerns and constantly checking in. When I was worried about literally anything, I could schedule a very quick appointment either over zoom or in person. This really helped with the mental aspect of dealing with pre and post surgery anxiety. Post-surgery, I had very little pain (that was unbelievable), and I was able to very quickly return to normal eating - I think I only did smoothies for a week (also unbelievable). While I still have a long way to go with my orthodontic treatment, I am very excited about my current results and I am really looking forward to seeing the finished product. I only wish that it did not take me so long to find this place and decide to go through with the surgery, but I am so grateful I finally did. If you are hesitating, this is your sign.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted in 30 minutes. The actual time Dr. Osborn spent on removing the tooth was about less than 1 minute. Everyone was extremely friendly and reassuring. Smoothly and precisely done! They were also accommodating my request to keep my tooth under this pandemic, which I really appreciate.

Dr.Giglou is great. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I had my all three wisdom teeth removed within 25 minutes, two of which were under the gums out of which one was inclined. Throughout the surgery the doctor and nursing staff was super nice. Dr.Giglou's communication skills and assurance during the surgery allowed me to be in good mood. He would frequently ask me if I feel any pain and make sure that I am getting the best experience possible. He is a highly qualified doctor. I would recommend going to Dr.Giglou for the surgery.

I was insecure about my weak chin and found Dr. Osborn after researching genioplasty's in MA. When we had our consultation, he was very confident and helped me feel at ease. On the day of surgery, the staff at Dr. Osborn's office was so welcoming and friendly. One of the nurses even held my hand as I went under. I was very nervous, but the whole process was quick and I was in the car driving home with my mom that same afternoon. I am so grateful to have gone through with this and feel more confident. Thank you Dr. Osborn and staff!

Update after another month: still no claim sent to my insurance. Been half a year. VERY FRUSTRATING. Update after 6 months: Have to say, the WORST customer service EVER!!! Doctor is fine, but the receptionist just sucks. It's been 6 months and they still haven't mailed out the claim to my insurance, even though I've called countless times. They always told me they'd follow up but apparently they never did. They already charged me 300 dollars at the first visit so I guess they no longer care. Original review: Five star Dr. Giglou did a great job removing my last wisdom tooth which was in a tricky position. I was told by multiple dentists that the removal can have a lot of risks and therefore very anxious. Dr. Giglou is very confident and comforting in the whole process. I recovered pretty well and overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend.

I was in at my scheduled time and out 15 minutes later. Everyone was very professional but down to earth. Best time getting a pulled ever. I highly recommend CMF Cranio-Maxillofacial!
