The organization that is now Community Medical Centers started as a volunteer effort in the late 1960s because people in this community care about each other. We remain deeply rooted in the community and are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for its members. Every day, our staff provides vital care to men, women and children, regardless of ability to pay.
We are a growing network of neighborhood health centers serving over 100,000 patients in San Joaquin, Solano and Yolo Counties, making us one of the areas largest safety net providers. We offer integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and supportive services, all using a model that puts the patient at the center of the care team.
Community Medical Centers, Inc.is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH). It is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and has Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
Fifty years ago, a group of volunteers saw the need to provide healthcare to underserved members of the community. Forty years ago, that volunteer effort became a non-profit organization, operating out of a mobile trailer. Today, Community Medical Centers is a growing network of neighborhood health centers providing vital care and services.

Terrible place where nothing got done at all after I was waiting there for 3 hours do not recommend coming here over any other place.

Hailu Mehanzel hands down is the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. Professional, thorough, and all around a great dentist. His staff is always super nice too. Wherever Hailu works I'll go.

I and my kids had severals appointments in CMC Dental with Dr MOHED ANSARI DDA in Tracy, CA for more than a year and we had the best experience with Dr. Ansari ,his professionalism and kindness make each of over visits a very enjoyable and good experience. We had many visit in a week but Dr, Ansari is very nice and keen all the time. The CMC dental staff are very professional, friendly , caring and got good hands (extremely careful not let you pain) . They answered all my questions and explained, i am very satisfied. Front desk did awesome job and all are friendly. . Everyone that works there was very helpful and attentive to my needs and timeliness. Their office is always clean, easy to schedule.I would DEFINITELY recommend for other friends and family, and special thanks from Cristina she always help us a lot and answered all my questions.

I am with CMC Dental in Tracy, ca for two years and had best experience with Dr. Han, her professionalism and kindness make each of my visits a very enjoyable experience. I also under care by Dr. V and Dr. M with recent two visited. They all and their staff are very professional, friendly , caring and got good hands (extremely careful not let you pain) . They answered all my questions and explained, i am very satisfied. Front desk did awesome job and all are friendly. . Everyone that works there was very helpful and attentive to my needs and timeliness. Their office is always clean, easy to schedule.I would DEFINITELY recommend

Administrative staff polite and as helpful as situation allows them to be. Dentist, however, rude to the point of being mean. Was literally chastised for not being sble to hold still. When in excruciating pain, and my anxiety was ramped up from his rough and rude manner. He actually raised his voice and tossed his tools down and refused to work on me. Never mind that they offer NO pain relief outside of topical. No gas, no meds, nothing. If you have easy tooth problems. I can comfortably recommend this establishment. If you are like me? Be prepared, and see if an urgent care doc or your regular doc will help you with a single valium or pain killer so you can survive the visit.

Today I had an appointment. First I read the reviews, didn't look good but I have it a try guess what! I had the best customer service I ever had . I had extracted my front tooth I didn't even feel the infection n when it was time to pull the tooth out I didn't feel anything. So far so good.
