Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

We all hate going to the dentist but I absolutely adore Dr. Rigor. He's the best. Explains everything in detail and is so caring. I've been to a lot of dental offices over the years and he and his staff are wonderful!

This office accepts both my PPO and HMO dental insurance, despite every procedure being covered by the schedule of benefits they still wanted over $10,000 for dental work as part of a treatment plan. I would run from this place. My insurance stated that dentists are contracted and cannot bill for covered procedures, well, they try.

I would highly encourage all to seek a different dental office. Super disappointed in the quality of work done by Jose Rigor & Mohammed Tabel. Jose Rigor is lacking in experience and skill. I have had to pay thousands of dollars to redo the work they performed. Focus more on your craft instead of your Teslas parked out front.

Dr.Rigor & his staff are amazing! They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment right away. The service provided was awesome such friendly staff. If you're thinking of going to Clovis modern dentistry I highly recommend to all family & friends.

I am not an avid reviewer, but after my visit to Clovis Modern Dentistry yesterday I felt compelled to spread the word about this place. I had not seen a dentist since the Obama administration--and the longer I put off the visit the more anxious I became. When I started to feel sensitivity at an old filling site I knew I couldn't put off a dental exam any longer. I made my appointment online (their online system is very intuitive). On appointment day the team took a full set of x-rays, gave me a comprehensive dental assessment, removed my old filling, designed, manufactured, and installed a partial crown inlay, cleaned and polished my teeth, and took additional x-rays at the end. The entire process took less than 3 hours, and the team (especially Dr. Rigor) was very calm and kind throughout the entire process. Thank you to Clovis Modern Dentistry!! I'm so grateful for your services.

Been here a couple of times now. From regular cleanings, cavity care, to wisdom teeth removal and each time I have left feeling educated about oral health and more confident with my smile. Dental hygienists, Kellie and Rebecca, including Dr. Rigor and his staff have all been amazing! Definitely recommend them

I have been attending Clovis Modern Dentistry for nearly two years now and I can attest that Dr. Rigor and his staff exemplify superb professionalism. My questions are always answered with clarity and their attention to detail is unparalleled. Procedures and cleanings are always done with care. Its a one star for me because this was something that couldve been prevented. Couldve called me saying my insurance couldnt be used, wasted my time going to the dentist to only be denied. Yessterday was literally asked for my insurance information, why couldnt a confirmation happen then? Or receieve a phone call later.

I was visiting from Vegas Clovis Ca , and I had an emergency my implant came loose I run in to this dentist and I told them my case and all I need just to tighten it up the Doctor him self came out and greeted me and with out hesitation took me inside right away because it's emergency within a minute fix it for me and I will never forget his smile and generosity and big heart and they the way took this matter very urgently and humane way God bless you Docter and ur family and ur staff ( except the African-American front desk guy he's not a good person )and ur patient I hope a lot of people need help to go to ur clinic because if they want 1st class treatment they going to find it there

Very compassionate and friendly staff. Personally for me it was quick and easy especially since I was in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me in and get me seen. They are very straight forward on there prices and able to make payment plans. Definitely recommend especially if you don't like going to the dentist.

Wow what a difference a week makes, I was seen at the office last week that was my first time visiting their practice, in all honesty I would say that their staff was really friendly and very welcoming and that was a happy sight to see. I was satisfied by my visit from the dentist along with everyone that saw me through X-rays and other stations while I was at my visit. Now fast forward one week plus being happy about the service that I received I mistakenly happily told my wife that she should make an appointment as well to see this practice, my wife being the good biblical Christian LoL took my advice and called, please keep in mind that my wife works a third shift nursing position and had to make this appointment right before she would normally go to bed, she receives a voicemail stating that our insurance is no longer accepted there and if we would like to come cash customers that is just fine. Well pump the brakes on that thought unless they're insurance guidance change within the last 7 to 10 days something was wrong, so I contact the office today Monday December 13th and speak with the receptionist who was very to the point in adamant to tell me that my dental insurance was HMO enough to the point to where she referred me to her manager by the name of destiny, after speaking with destiny the mistake was 100% CLOVIS MODERN DENTISTRY, my guess is recognition of the letters H, M and P was a little difficult possibly in a type of soul train scramble board mix up. So I receive a lukewarm apology of the status of one of Robert Palmer's backup singers from addicted to Love to the point of "we have alot of people up front" that's no excuse because you mess up insurance you mess up money. So now my wife is out of an INSURANCE COVERED appointment because of CMD making a mistake. So great work to the back of the house and the dentist, but the do better award goes to the front office.
