I went there for services and manager did not treat with respect. I went there again treatment and she told that my insurance did not cover for services. Strange that the insurance takes 30 days to process. Manger say and wrote information to me as I was manager tell me information like I was stupid and I was not knowledgeable what I was saying and she I went to the appointment just to tell him that my insurance max out for the year and they charge me a cancellation if you which I showed up to the appointment that I'm not paying the cancellation fee and I'm reporting them to the, Better Business Bureau. Her receptionist is rude to me when I was on the phone what insurance the total so I could told him that I maxed out and manager was rude to me and I asked for somebody hire than her and she told that she it. manager said I'm one that she sign my check electronically. Know I remember why I stop going to this office. I want don't go here again for Services again because they're not knowledgeable on your insurance plan on balance and they said they gonna give you discount and they don't show it on the bill so they did her and say they're not obligated to give you a discount for the insurance. I called insurance and to ask for discount. I don't have no coverage for that day or any insurance covers so I ran not max of $2,000. Statement I just gotten by email.
