I became an orthodontist because I wanted to improve lives by spreading smiles. Every day I am thankful for that decision. Spending time at the office doesnt feel like going to work to me: its time spent with people I care about, helping them make a positive and lasting change in their lives.

Orthodontics is more than straightening teeth and creating beautiful smiles. Its about improving a patients dental and overall health. Crooked teeth are difficult to properly floss and brush, leading to an increased likelihood of dental disease. Crooked teeth also affect a persons bite, which causes strain on the face and jaw muscles. By gently shifting a patients teeth into proper alignment, I not only create an amazing smile, I improve their long-term dental and body health, too.

I never tire of watching the transformations that happen in patients. Their self-esteem grows and personalities blossom as they see their new smile develop. Each person becomes more confident and comfortable in social situations, talking and smiling without concern for their appearance. The day we remove a persons braces is best of all: the look on their face, that beaming, joyous smile, tells me Im in the right profession.

Each year I complete many hours of continuing orthodontic education. I study at national, regional, and local conferences and seminars, learning from the leaders in the field. I stay current with research, changes in treatments, and new technologies. My patients trust me to provide the best treatment options and care experience. I am committed to exceeding their expectations.

I grew up here in the Middleton / Caldwell area and moved back after finishing my orthodontic residency. Im happily married and have four wonderful children. The kids are active in various sports and serving in our church and community. Being with my family is my priority: whether were at a sporting event, attending a school or community gathering, or vacationing, I want to be with them.

Jane is our office Manager. She joined our team after many years as a Dental Hygienist. Her family loves to rope and compete in rodeos and roping events. Her spare time spent watching any of her three boys playing sports or just spending time with her husband. Jane is very excited to be working with such an Amazing Team at Clock Tower Ortho and loves working in the field of Orthodontics.

Amy's favorite part about being a treatment coordinator is meeting new people and sharing their excitement about Orthodontic treatment. She is a native Idahoan who loves spending time outdoors with her husband and kids. Most of her time is spent teaching classes on card making and paper crafting.

I have been working in the Orthodontic field since 2002 and joined the Clock Tower Orthodontics Family in 2012. I have enjoyed watching our practice and patients grow over the years as we continue to provide outstanding, professional service to our community. I have an opportunity to work on great patients and get to know them on a personal level. The change in their smile and confidence over time is one of my favorite aspects of the job. I have been married for 24 years and have three wonderful loving kids that are my pride and joy. I also have 2 energetic dogs. When i'm not at work I enjoy spending time with family, traveling and going to the movies.

For most people, achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is the reason for receiving orthodontic care. If you're self-conscious about your smile, correcting your concerns with braces will greatly improve the way you look and feel.

When your treatment is complete, you will have the smile you've always dreamed of and the confidence to show it off! We also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your entire orthodontic experience, and our practice is dedicated to making sure that you receive the quality care you deserve.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.

Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!

Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.
