I am Dr. Roman Sadikoff, a proud 1997 graduate of University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Following a year of residency at the Medical College of Ohio and several associateships, I have established a private practice in Chesterfield, Michigan in 2003.
In addition to general dentistry, I am addressing the problems such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea and TMJ-related chronic facial pain. If undiagnosed and untreated, the consequences of these conditions will include:
Watching my own child suffering from a breathing disorder made me realize that this is something I want to be able to help him with. Close to twenty years ago, I began attending seminars trying to learn anything and everything related to his condition, and Ive never stopped learning since. I was fortunate enough to meet great practitioners and mentors along the way who spent the time and energy to teach and share their information. After completing a mini-residency at the University of Tennessee on the Treatment of Sleep-Related Breathing Disorders and Craniofacial Pain, I am now dedicating a large portion of my practice to airway-focused dentistry. I am proud to represent the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centres International as one of their locations throughout the world.
In the short time I have worked for Dr. Sadikoff, I have already learned so much. I am so excited to be apart of this team. I will always strive to make my patients comfortable and address all of their dental needs.

So thankful to Dr. Sadikov and his staff. He's done a wonderful job on my teeth after not visiting a dentist for 2 years since Covid. Very caring and kind dentist and office staff. Very glad that I started going there. I recommend Dr. Sadikov to anyone.

At 52 I have seen my fair share of dentists, Dr. Sadikoff Is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! I've had horrible experiences with shots in the past, he always take such great care giving shots you don't even feel IT! I Love the my smile Program, because we no longer have dental insurance! It saves you 20% ON procedures! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating for appointments! Not to mention the new building is absolutely beautiful!

Very unique dentist office! Fresh and clean office, but the best feature is the whole staff; each member is thoural, friendly and knowledgeable. First visit is like a spa day for the teeth! Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Sadikoff and the staff have been wonderful. We (my husband, 2 kids, and myself) have been going to Dr. Sadikoff for years and are very happy with the care we have received. My kids also see Dr. Sadikoff for orthodontic care. Everyone is very caring, personable, and attentive. Procedures and plans are explained in depth and the hygienists are the best.

Fun, inviting staff, beautiful and clean facility, I have been to many dentist and this one by far is my favorite. They really welcome you with open arms and have so much background and knowledge in oral health. For my first visit I had the best experience. My doctor gave me so many scenarios that could be going on with not only my mouth but how my oral health can effect my overall health as well. I am excited to explore the new information I was given about my overall health. I will definitely be recommending Clinton Dental Center to everyone in the area! Thank you staff!

Dr. S. & staff are very professional, checking continuously if all was OK during my visit, & have been pain free during & after the procedure. Office is very sanitized. I recently changed from a 20 + year dentist, & am grateful for a friend's referral.

I would highly recommend. It had been awhile since I have gone to a dentist with moving to a new area and I didn't know where to go. I selected this location based off previous reviews I had read and gave it a shot. The staff is very warm and welcoming and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The vibes I got off everyone show that they truly care about there patients and helping people. I can honestly say I'm looking forward to my next appointment with them.

I've been going here about 6 months and I couldn't be happier. The doctor is straightforward with me, and the rest of the staff are absolutely AMAZING! Every dental assistant I've had here remembers me and is so sweet. I recommend this place to everyone I know, they're just a pleasure to work with.
