Dr. Tram Nguyen came to the United States as a refugee from Vietnam as a child andgrew up in California. She received her dental degree from Meharry Medical Collegegraduating first in her class. She received numerous awards including clinical andresearch awards. She then completed her orthodontics residency and earned hermaster degree at University of Nebraska in 2012. Although she enjoyed generaldentistry, she absolutely love orthodontics and thankful that she can give patientsbeautiful smiles to last a lifetime. She is a very caring and compassionate personthat always has her patients best interests in mind, treating them just the way shewould treat her family. Dr. Tram Nguyen maintains active memberships in variousprofessional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists.
Outside of orthodontics, she loves animals and currently has two dogs and a parrot.In the past, she has fresh and saltwater fishes and corals, a hedgehog, and differentkinds of reptiles. She enjoys nature and likes to go fishing, hiking, and traveling todifferent national parks. She also has a love for art and enjoys playing the piano andoil painting.Having lived in many different regions of the United States, Dr. Tram has decided tosettle in Maryland with her husband. She thinks Maryland is a beautiful place withits four seasons and its close proximity to Washington, DC. It is one of the mostwonderful places to live and grow a family.

The worst office ever. Don't ever go there Office manager Andrew not patient friendly. You will be waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Does not follow COVID waiting in hallways everyone squeezes by you.

I am currently a patient here, They have no respect for people time. They will have you waiting 30-40 minutes after your scheduled appointment, but if you are late or a no show the will charge you. They take on too many patients for money knowing they cant accommodate them all at one time. I wish I never started my braces journey here.

Today was my child's first visit. Upon arrival, it was extremely crowded. It's frustrating to me when an office over schedules especially when there's limited seating and implementation of "please keep 6 feet..". After completing my paperwork, I sat the clipboard on the desk which was right beside me. The AA lady gets smart with me.. strike 1 Then I asked was it okay to continue sitting where I was, she tells me to wait a minute until she's done with a patient. I acknowledged that which was why I asked where to sit at because I was not even a foot away from him...that's how small it is in there. The guy leaves and she says now I can help you I said with what? She huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes at me then proceed to ignore me. I kindly ask for my paperwork back and left. I was perplexed and upset that my child had to witness this but made sure to explain that bad customer service is never okay It's unfortunate that the lack of great customer service from front office interferes with the service of a great Dr. I was really looking forward to meeting the orthodontist but the vibe was too unsettling.
